Blacklisting on twitter
Like any other social network, Twitter allows users to be blacklisted and removed from there. This is done so that a certain person cannot go to your page and retweet your posts and, in general, read what you write there. Also, the tweets of the person you blacklisted will not appear in your feed.

Login to your account and click on the menu button in the upper right corner. Select "Settings" from the drop-down list.

How to remove a user from the blacklist
