How to restore access to hacked twitter

The other day by mail from the Twitter service I received a message for this kind: "It is possible that a user or service that is not associated with twitter has access to your account. To protect your Twitter Account, we recommend changing the password right now. "

Well, to do - I clicked on the button to change the password, went into my account and what I see: it turns out that somehow in my tape turned out to be the records of some foreign site among more than two hundred pieces! I went to the "Applications" section of the Twitter settings panel and saw that there was an access to my account for some two dubious services that I first saw. I had to disable them and delete all unnecessary messages.

Then I decided to check the twitter of the site account where the autotop is all new site articles. And what would you think?

Here the situation turned out to be much worse! More than 450 tweets, of which my actually was about 300. All "left" messages in the tape were of this kind:

I have not visited this account for a long time, because once at the very beginning I set up the auto-hike of new articles of the site in it, and I somehow did not follow him. Scrolling the tape of messages, I noticed that my tweets actually ended in December last year, and in two days they have somehow more than 150 such "left" records appeared, after which my account was apparently blocked - the last record was 12 or December 13th.

The fact that the account was blocked also brightly testified the inscription at the top of the screen: "Currently, your account (__) is suspended. For more information, visit the page ... "

I could not remove any tweet, because if the account is blocked, what kind of activity in it is excluded. However, you can change the password that I did.

What to do? I climbed, of course to the Internet to find out how to unlock Twitter Account. I read about the fact that you need to apply for the revision of the blocking, repent in my sins, writing in detail what I did and did not do it, etc. People wrote that it was a mutual, long and rarely leads to success even after a long correspondence in tech support, which By the way, it should be in English (they have no Russian-speaking in the state)!

But I decided to try - an attempt is not torture. I went to the request page of the request for review of the account of the account (https://support.twitter.com/forms/general?subtopic\u003dsuspended), wrote a couple of sentence in English in which I said that they say that I noticed some extraneous tweets in my ribbon that I have nothing to do with them, and in general I know all the rules of service, I observe them, etc.) sent them.

I do not know what happened, but exactly 2-3 minutes (maybe 5) I received a response message from the Twitter Support address in which it was said: "Hello, I Have Now Unsuspended Your Account". Here is its full text:

Without believing what is possible, I returned to my account and saw that the blocking was really removed!) I manually deleted all foreign twittes and put everything in order. The problem was solved! I immediately noticed that I did not display the number of my readers, but in the send letter it was said "Please note that it may take An Hour Or So for Your Follower and Following Numbers to Return to Normal". Indeed, it happened - somewhere after an hour my readers appeared in full)

In connection with the whole situation, I had several questions. If anyone in the subject, can tell me?

1. How did I "lose" my account on Twitter (second), if I did not come any messages about suspicious activity in it? Moreover, in contrast to the first account, this section "Applications" did not contain any authorized applications, i.e. No one has any particular access to posting.

2. How it happened that I was unlocked literally for a minute, although in all articles about this kind of cases I read that the time of unlocking people occupied from day to months? There is no auto blocking at Twitter, as far as I know, and this is deprived of meaning - since you are fed, it means to blame, and our unpretentiousness should be proved on specific examples. Miracles and only)

3. Why with such ease someone gets access to twitter account? Never at any service I did not deal with such a "capture". Is this the specificity of the Twitter protection system or are there any other reasons? (Immediately I say - the password was normal, it is not guilty)
