  • The purchase of a Service or a Service Package under the Promotion depends on the technical capabilities of a particular Regional Branch and is determined by checking the technical connectivity at the address where the Service is provided.
  • In case of violation by the user of the requirements related to the provision of the Service/Service Package established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and/or the agreement on the basis of which the Service is provided to the user, including violation of the terms of payment for the provided Service/Service Package, the Operator has the right to suspend the provision of the Service/Service Package until the violation is eliminated. If such a violation is not eliminated after 30 days from the date the user receives a notification from the Operator, the Operator has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement on the basis of which the Service/Service Package is provided to the Subscriber.
