Rating of the most viewed YouTube videos. The list contains the TOP 10 videos with the largest number all-time views based on YouTube graphs. The number of views always changes and depends on the visit to the YouTube website. That many of the videos are music videos played through YouTube's partner site, Vevo, and the number YouTube views will be several days behind Vevo.

These videos include "Billion View Club", a group of videos. Until June 28, 2015, only two videos, “ Gangnam Style" and "Baby" reached this level, but less than 3 months later, on October 7, 2015, ten videos joined this list.

The clip was published on YouTube on April 6, 2015, to coincide with the release of Furious 7, the last film in which Walker appeared.

To date, there are only two videos on YouTube that have managed to gain more than two billion views, while the leader, the video for the song See you again, has not yet been surpassed. The record holder for views is still the video Gangnam Style by South Korean musician Psy. He collected two billion back in June 2014, now this figure is 2.6 billion views.

Two billion views is a lot. As of August 2016, almost half of the world's population—3.5 billion people—uses the Internet. Even if we take into account that many users watched the same video several times, the figure is still impressive. We remembered several more popular videos that manage to collect at least 1.5 million views in two or three years.

The third most popular after Gangnam Style and See You Again is the video for the song Uptown Funk by British DJ Mark Ronson and American musician Bruno Mars. The video, published on November 19, 2014, has received more than 1.8 billion views.

In fourth place is Justin Bieber's video for the song Sorry, which has collected 1.79 million views since October 22, 2015.

The top five is completed by Taylor Swift's music video for the song Blank Space with 1.75 million views. The video was published on YouTube on November 10, 2014.

The sixth most popular video was the video for Adele's song Hello - 1.7 billion views. Like Bieber's video, the video was published on October 22, 2015.

Seventh place - Taylor Swift again, this time with the song Shake It Off. The video with ballerinas, released on August 18, 2014, was watched by 1.62 billion video hosting users.

The next most popular is the video for the song Lean On, a joint project of the duo Major Lazer and the Danish singer MØ, which has managed to collect 1.6 billion views since March 22, 2015.

In ninth place was not a music video, but a cartoon. This is the 17th episode of the animated series "Masha and the Bear", the episode is called "Masha Plus Porridge". 1.593 million views were collected in 4.5 years - the cartoon appeared on YouTube on January 31, 2012.

The top ten most popular videos are closed by the Spanish version of the video for the song Bailando by Enrique Iglesias, which appeared on the Internet on April 11, 2014. To date, the video has been viewed by 1.59 million users. Moreover, the English version turned out to be not so popular (199.5 thousand views since June 2014).

At the first place Quite expectedly, the video of the South Korean artist PSY Gangnam Style turned out to be. As the portal site has already written, the video will soon surpass the 1 billion views mark.

The video appeared on the Internet on July 15, and already on November 25, the number of “likes” on YouTube exceeded 5.5 million. At the same time, the video clip overtook Justin Bieber’s Baby in terms of the number of views (more than 806 million views). The video became the most viewed in YouTube history.

Second place– from the Canadian group Walk off the Earth. At the beginning of the year, she posted a cover of the Gotye song Somebody That I Used to Know on the Internet. Five people playing a famous song on one acoustic guitar quickly rose to the top YouTube service. In 29 days, the video received almost 50 million views. Today the cover has more than 140 million views.

Third place, and a 30-minute film KONY 2012. The video was created by the non-profit organization Invisible Children. At the time of the event, four Baumgartner records were registered: the highest parachute jump height, the longest distance free fall, the highest manned flight on a stratospheric balloon and the most high speed free fall, which exceeded the speed of sound and amounted to 1342.8 kilometers per hour. But the record for the duration of a free fall stood: 4 minutes 36 seconds, while Baumgartner fell 16 seconds less.
