So, when I tried on my own to report an unfriendly resource and tried to make sure that a site that hosts confidential information about thousands of users was closed from indexing, nothing worked for me.

Google company thinks that such sites will leave contact information? Absurd…

In the meantime, my personal data, which I would not leave on the Internet under any pretext, is on the site and it is perfectly indexed, and the longer this happens, the greater the chance that this data will be picked up by other similar resources, and at the same time this information is very easy you can use it if any attacker shows a little imagination...

In the end, I decided to call the Russian-speaking office in Russia, since I already said in Ukraine there is not even an electronic mail address, only mailing address physical.

So, after waiting a little and choosing the language of communication, I was connected to a representative who did not introduce himself, it was a girl.
She listened carefully and silently to my situation and advised me to contact online support, I explained again that I had just tried to do this different ways but there is no contact information anywhere, not even a contact form!

She replied that this could not be, I went through all these stages online, agreeing on what to press which item to select with the representative, to which he replied that these were apparently technical temporary problems with the service, to which I replied that this has been the case for more than one month
