Dancing elves New Year's greetings. How to make a dancing character with your own face
Each of you can either make fun of each other, or laugh at yourself using online service CardFunk. You will be able to create dancing character and add your own face to them! After this, you should get a funny congratulatory video with your dance.
Now let's see how to do this.
To get started, go to the website http://www.cardfunk.com/en/create/video-greetings/techno-mania. Here's what it looks like:
Here, in principle, everything should be clear.
In the screenshot shown above, you are required to select how many dancing characters you want to have in the future video. For simple example I will choose 1. After you select the number of characters, you need to click on " Next". After this, you will be taken to a page with characters. Here you just need to select your favorite and drag it to the place prepared on the previous page. This is what it should look like:
The next page will ask for your photo. To upload, you need to click on “Upload from PC” and select a photo from your computer. As an example, I’ll upload my eternal avatar:
As you already understood, the photograph will definitely not lie correctly. First, it needs to be adjusted to the size of the head of the future 3D avatar. This is exactly what we will do now using the mouse and the sliders on the left:
Once everything is ready, your face should look something like this:
Naturally, the more accurately you do everything, the better and more beautiful your video will be.
Once the face is set up, we will need to drag it onto the character's head:

The problem is noticeable that the hair of the character and the avatar do not quite match... Well, oh well, let's leave it like that, because this should turn out to be a funny cartoon, and not an extremely realistic science-fiction blockbuster;)
Go to the next page and... select the future dance floor:
Have you chosen? Now click on “Next” and go to the page where you need to write a message or congratulations that will appear after the dance.
After you enter your email, you will receive a notification that a “dancer” has been created. You will also have the opportunity to share a link, send the created character to your email or blog.

Now let's move on to the basics, because you have been waiting for the opportunity to launch Elf Yourself Dance on your laptop or computer.
Option one is online. You can simply go to www.elfyourself.com and do everything right through your regular browser. Uploading the video later is quite easy. 
The downside is that everything needs to be done exclusively through the browser. But considering that we use it every day, there shouldn’t be any problems.
Option two- use an emulator Nox App Player. This program allows you to run applications and games that are written for Android. 
The whole process will go like this:
- go to the resource www.bignox.com and download the installation file;
- install the program and after launching, log into your Google account;
- then after launch Play Market , are looking for Search and writing in it "Elf Yourself", press Enter;
- A list of results appears, select the one you want and click Install, and then Open.
You can upload photos from your computer, or just pull up your Facebook account and take the necessary faces from the album. Everything is very simple.
It is this emulator that works best with photo and video applications, because it is very easy to both download and upload files.

Greetings! Today I want to offer you another option on how you can congratulate your friends and loved ones in a cool and fun way. New Year holidays. This option is called free video postcard for the New Year. There are a lot of ways to do this on the Internet, and one of these ways is to turn yourself into a dancing elf, singer or dancer using one such service, which I will tell you about now. The service is free and without registration, by at least, Bye. Such a free New Year's card that this service makes - a good option Merry congratulations on the New Year holidays, so let's begin.
To convert you will need some photo of you jpg format or png up to 3 megabytes in size. Go to the service page and click green ADD button PHOTO.
You will be offered a download option to choose from: from your computer, from your Facebook page or from a webcam. Choose what is most convenient for you, I chose from a computer - no need to log in or register.
After uploading the photo, you will be taken to the next page where you will need to adjust the size and position of your face in relation to the elf silhouette. The next step is setting up the opening mouth of your elf: using markers, adjust the size and position of the mouth - this will be necessary for the moment when you, that is, your elf, will sing. The most convenient way to do it is as shown in the example: use triangles to select an arc, and place the blue dot in the middle and just below the line of the upper lip. Here, of course, you can play around and make your mouth look slanted and open in a completely different way - for jokes, for example
In the next step, you can upload photos of 4 more friends or loved ones if you want to dance not alone - green button ADD ELF. Repeat all previous settings with each photo. If you want to shine in splendid isolation, then press the blue DANCE button and proceed to the selection of dances - there are 9 options. My favorite ones were the ones you'll see at the end of the article.
After viewing, you can send your postcard to your friends by email or as a link for viewing. There is a green SHARE button for this. If you click EMAIL, you can get confused there, so I don’t recommend it. The DOWNLOAD button makes it possible to download a digital version of your postcard, but it is only available after paying $5 - yeah, schazz! Otherwise, your video will be deleted in 2-3 weeks, which you will be carefully informed about in the viewing window of your postcard. To save the video postcard, I did it differently - I simply recorded the video using Camtasia - let them delete it later, no problem!
After clicking the SHARE button, the service gives you the opportunity to copy the html code of the postcard and a link to your postcard, which you can send to your friends. The code can be copied and pasted onto your website, which is what I did, as you can see at the end of the article.
