Debt Rostelecom

You can use the “Promised Payment” service as often as the subscriber wishes, but you can order a new “Promised Payment” only when the previous one has been paid.
Information about the ordered “Promised Payment” services is displayed in the user’s personal account in the “Information” section in the “Credited Payments and Adjustments” utility.
If within three days from the moment of ordering the “Promised Payment” service the payment is not confirmed by actual payment, the amount of the “Promised Payment” will be debited from the subscriber’s personal account.

Payment through the "Raschet" system

The “Calculation” system - the Automated Information System of the Unified Settlement and Information Space (AIS ERIP) was created by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus in order to simplify the organization of accepting payments from individuals and legal entities.
