The subscription fee is charged immediately for the entire month on the date of activation of the tariff plan. There is no transfer to the next month.

Basic package contents

For a subscription fee, a subscriber who has subscribed to the “My Unlimited” tariff plan can use Internet access from a smartphone or tablet without restrictions. He will also have access to:

Unlimited calls to Tele2 Russia, and the package of minutes is not spent on them.
Unlimited and free inbox.
500 minutes to phones of other Russian operators;
50 SMS to any Russian numbers.

When traveling around Russia, you can use communication services without additional costs. All incoming calls and calls to Tele2 phones will be free, and a package of minutes will be consumed for outgoing calls to numbers of other mobile operators. When it is exhausted, 1 minute of outgoing calls to other Russian phones when traveling within the Russian Federation will cost 1.5 rubles.

As with other Tele2 tariff plans, subscribers have access to an SOS package, which includes access to some Yandex services (Maps, Navigation, Transport) and the WhatsApp messenger even with a zero balance.

Important! A SIM card connected to the “My Unlimited” tariff cannot be used to distribute the Internet via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. It is also prohibited to use it in modems or to download files from torrent trackers. When located in Norilsk and the Taimyr Municipal District, the network access speed will be limited to 128 Kbps.

Additional services

If the package of 500 minutes for calls runs out, then calls to numbers of other operators will cost 1.5 rubles/minute. You can also connect an additional package of 50 minutes for 50 rubles.

When the SMS package ends, you will have to pay 1.5 rubles for each message to numbers in your home region, and 2.5 rubles for phones connected in other regions. There is always a fee for sending SMS to international numbers. It is 5 rubles. for 1 message. An MMS to any number (Russian or another country) will cost the same.

International calls are not included in the basic package included in the subscription fee for the “My Unlimited” tariff. Terms and prices

The “Unlimited on Tele2” service allows subscribers to receive unlimited calls in their home region for a fixed fee. The cost of using the option is 5 rubles per day. The fee is debited automatically from the main balance. When you connect for the first time, the fee is not charged, the second and subsequent activations are paid, amounting to 5 rubles.

The service can be used on the “Classic” tariff and only within your home region. Outside of it, the standard tariff schedule is activated according to the active plan.

“Unlimited on Tele2” cannot work in conjunction with other options that provide benefits for calls within the network. If a subscriber changes a tariff plan with which the service cannot work, the unlimited service is disabled.

If there are not enough funds on the balance to write off the mandatory fee, the option is temporarily suspended. After replenishing the balance, preferential conditions are activated automatically.

How to connect

To connect to the service, you can use several options:

A quick and easy method is to use the service tag. To do this, enter *155*411*1# on your phone and press the call button.
