Click on the number opposite “Mention in Yandex” and you will see a lot of good words about yourself :). MJ are the results of the MajesticSeo service. The number 328 is the number of incoming links to the page for this service, and 652 is the number of links to the entire site. I have never paid and do not pay attention to statistics in Bing. Here you can also look at the rating in Yandex Blogs. The first number is the authority, and the second is the number of subscribers. My blog proudly ranks 1998 :). I rolled down. 6. In the “Statistics” section you can see ours, the number of unique visitors according to the version in the last 24 hours, similar statistics according to Mail.ru, Rambler, as well as the presence of the site in Yandex Metrica.
7. In the seventh blog we see the categories that are assigned to the site in the Yandex Catalog, Yandex Bar and in. By the way, I recently noticed that VKontakte has a DMOZ category - " Russian/Art/Music/Groups and performers/K/King and the Clown" (this fact made me smile 🙂).

However, it should be noted that the full functionality of the plugin will be available to you only if you register on the RDS service; without registration, some indicators will not be available, since they are paid.

But don’t be alarmed, firstly, the money is relatively small, and secondly, even if you decide to install the RDS bar plugin without registration, its functionality may well be sufficient. How to install RDS bar for Chrome, Firefox and Opera

An exception is made only for the oldest representative of the family of browsers - Internet Explorer ( - how to download, install, update and delete the IE browser). But this may surprise few people, since throughout the course of its development, the offspring of Microsoft has always stood apart. Installation in any browser is carried out as standard and almost instantly; there should be no difficulties at all.

After installation in or, the RDS bar plugin icon will by default appear in the upper right corner of the browser in which it was downloaded.

After the page is reloaded, an information line should appear on the left in the form of an additional panel, where the most important indicators of the resource whose web page is currently open in the browser will be present. The RDS bar was originally made for Mazila, so its appearance will be slightly different. After installing the extension, you will need to restart the browser, which will be immediately indicated. And then the plugin will instantly give you information about the website in accordance with the default settings:

Setting up RDS bar options and values ​​in its information panel

So, let’s first look at the ability to customize an extension installed in Chrome. To proceed to editing options RDS bar in Google Chrome, you need to right-click on the plugin icon and select “Settings” from the context menu:

Everything that I said regarding the RDS bar for Google Chrome is completely true for Opera, so I see no point in repeating myself. The only thing is to disable or delete the RDS bar in Opera, follow the path “Tools” - “Extensions” - “Manage extensions” and select one of the buttons: “Cancel” or “Delete”. But let’s take a closer look at the settings and, especially, the parameters displayed on the information panel in Mazil, since the functionality of this extension for Firefox is much richer.

First of all, I note that access to all functionality of the plugin is provided through the RDS bar icon on the left side of the information panel:

If you are already registered on the RDS service, you can immediately log in by clicking on the “Login” line with the key icon, this will provide certain advantages, which I will discuss below. Next, as in the versions for Chrome and Opera, you can set up an analysis of the website you are inspecting using a button, that is, set or cancel the automatic display of parameters.

Now the settings. If you click on the corresponding line from the context menu, a separate window will open, where the options are checked by default. Pay attention to the screenshot of the dashboard above. The first and second indicators are the number of indexed pages of a given web project in Yandex and information about whether the web page opened in the browser (in Yandex and Google) was indexed. At the bottom is the word “captcha”. This means that with standard settings this information can only be obtained through entering a captcha.

I suspect that this method displeases the RuNet mirror due to its suspicion of automatic requests coming from this IP address. As you understand, entering a captcha every time is inconvenient, especially if more than one resource is subject to verification, which is most often the case, and secondly, it is fraught with unpredictable actions on the part of the search engine.

This is where I come back to the benefits of registering for RDS. By registering, you get the opportunity not only to instantly display results on the number of indexed pages and data about the location of the project web page opened in the browser in the index, but also to additional information that is not available to unregistered users.

So, in order to get the above-mentioned parameters for a web resource instantly, you need to log in to the RDS service and check some options. To do this, go to settings. Here, opposite the desired parameter, click on the gear icon, in the window that opens, select “API Recipdonor”, ​​and then click “OK”.

After this, a picture depicting a stack of coins will appear next to it. This means that a fee is charged for displaying these parameters, because the analysis is carried out by RDS. Here's what API verification means:

The API of the site recipdonor.com allows developers of various applications to use server resources for bulk checking of any SEO parameters without bans, captchas, timeouts, proxy searches, changing the layout of search engines, problems parsing values, providing them in the required format, and so on. All this will happen at the expense of third-party resources from other servers.

If you look at the screenshot above, you will notice that, in addition to the fact that I set up a check to show pages indexed in Yandex, I also checked the boxes for exactly the same indicators in Google, which were not in the default settings, adding there also “ API Recipdonor". Now we get the complete data on the information panel:

We have already dealt with the first four indicators: the number of indexed pages in Yandex, the presence of indexation of a page opened in Firefox, the following two similar informers for Google. Next comes the indicator of project trust for Yandex and the presence of the web resource in the Yandex Catalog, as evidenced by the number of thematic citation index, highlighted in bold.

The next parameter on this scale is for the Google search engine and the presence of a website in the international directory DMOZ, which shows its significance and popularity. Next comes the age of the website, where the date the project was opened is noted. Let's look at a few more informers on this panel:

The next few indicators mark the distribution of the link mass, including the number of incoming and outgoing links located in the database of the well-known Solomono service (which has already been renamed Linkpad). By clicking on the orange icon, you will receive an information sheet with all the significant parameters of the site under study:

The next indicator on the information panel informs about the daily traffic of the resource. Moreover, if several are installed, then the largest number will be displayed if the readings diverge. At the same time, even if the main statistics, for example, are closed from viewing, the RDS bar will be able to extract basic visit data:

Next comes a number of indicators, including the participation of the website in question in the Sape exchange for selling links, a spell check button on the page, calling up hidden unused settings, clearing the cache (RDS stores several data in the cache).
