The tablet started working. Everything, absolutely everything worked as it should. Loading speed, screen, touchscreen and Wi-Fi - everything worked perfectly. I didn’t even imagine how it would be possible to upload a lot of cool applications to this China! The firmware turned out to be compiled on Android 4.0.4, which also pleased me, that is, it was more recent.
Well, now, in order, how and with what I did it all.
What we need: a computer with the Windows XP or Windows 7 32-bit operating system, the Phoenix suit program, a cord for connecting the tablet, firmware and the tablet itself.
First, you need to make preliminary preparations - setting up the tablet driver, both turned on and in firmware mode.
To do this we do the following:
1) install the Phoenix suit program on your computer (download)
2) We connect the switched on tablet, we hear the sound of the connected device, we see the ANDROID device in the equipment

Due to the numerous number of people asking what third-party application we are talking about, I answer. Russian Keyboard.
So, download the “Russian keyboard” program from the market. Go to “settings”, then “language and input”. Click "Default" and select "Russian keyboard" in the window that opens. Below the “Default” window, we also put a checkmark in front of “Russian keyboard”, and on the right we see a small icon (like a mixer, regulator) Click on it. Go to "hardware keyboard". - Press "Sound +" on the tablet and while holding the button, connect to the USB connector;
- A window will appear with the following sentence: “Click Yes if you want the firmware to be updated with memory formatting. Click No if you need to update the firmware without formatting (Recommended)”;
- Wait for the flashing process to finish - about 3 minutes. The device will automatically reboot.
- Select Russian language in the settings. The default is usually English.
