Contacts, mail and calendars

1. Open your device settings. Go to the “Mail+Accounts” section.

To transfer browser bookmarks, you will have to use a method that uses desktop Internet Explorer as an intermediate point. Please note that this method only works on Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1.
First of all, you will need to transfer the list of your bookmarks to desktop IE. If you use the mobile version of Chrome on Android, then your bookmarks, thanks to built-in synchronization, are also available on the desktop version of Chrome. All you have to do is transfer them to the Internet Explorer browser using its bookmark export tool.
If you use any other browser on Android, you will first have to save all your bookmarks into one file, then transfer it to a computer running Windows, and only then export the bookmarks from this file to Internet Explorer.
Once your bookmarks are in IE, all you have to do is enable synchronization of browser settings with Windows Phone. To do this, open the Computer Settings application and on the Sync Settings tab, enable the Web Browser option.
In addition, you need to check whether synchronization is enabled on your mobile device. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Open your smartphone settings.
2. Go to the “Settings Synchronization” section.
3. Make sure that the slider next to the Internet Explorer element is in the active position.

Music, video, photos
Methods for transferring media content vary greatly depending on where you have it. If you prefer to use cloud services to store music, videos and photos, then the question simply comes down to finding and installing clients for the corresponding services for the Windows Phone platform. Therefore, we will not dwell on this option in detail, but will consider the option when music, video and photos are located directly on a smartphone or tablet running Android.
In this case, there are several ways to transfer files, but we will limit ourselves to only considering exporting through the OneDrive cloud storage or using your computer.
Transfer files via OneDrive cloud
1. Install the OneDrive service client on Android and, if it is missing, on a smartphone running Windows Phone.
2. Launch OneDrive on Android and enter your Microsoft account information. By default, the client is set to automatically sync your photos and videos in the background. But if you prefer, you can also manually upload any necessary files to the OneDrive cloud.
3. Once the synchronization process is complete (this may take quite a long time if you have an extensive photo and video collection), launch the OneDrive client on Windows Phone. After updating your data, you will find all the data from your old device in the OneDrive cloud. Transfer photos, videos and music via computer
This method should be used in cases where the volume of exported data is large and your network connection is slow or non-existent. A computer running Windows 8 or 8.1 can be used as an intermediate link in this example.
1. Connect your Android smartphone to your computer via USB. Copy all the necessary files to your computer's hard drive.

But what if you only need bookmarks? It seems that this is the main thing (after saved passwords) that I would like to see in the new browser. And bookmarks can be transferred in several ways.
1) Manually transfer the file with bookmarks from one folder to another. The method is extreme and may not work. Just for information and I think it will be interesting to know.
All bookmarks are saved in the Windows system folder (as well as other necessary files of all programs) and it is called AppData ().
To get into it, you can immediately enter in the address bar of the explorer

and you will fall into it.
Here look for the folder with your browser. It's similar in name.
For example, in Opera this path is: AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable
In Comodo Dragon: AppData\Local\Comodo\Dragon\User Data\Default
In Mozilla Firefox: AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\(profile.name)
I think the meaning is clear. In all these folders you need to find the Bookmarks file, which stores all the bookmarks. All you need to do is move it to the same folder in another browser and replace it with the one that is located there.

2) Another manual (and this time proven and effective) method is to simply drag and drop (or copy) bookmarks directly from one browser to another.
For example, you want to transfer bookmarks from Opera to Mozilla Firefox. You first open bookmarks in Opera:

just like in Opera.
Now all that remains is to select everything (by pressing the key combination Ctrl + A or highlighting with the mouse cursor) or select only some (holding the Ctrl key and left-clicking on the ones you need), and then copy them (right-click on the selected ones -> “Copy” or a keyboard shortcut Ctrl + C ) and paste it into another browser bookmark window (also right-click anywhere -> "Paste" or the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + V ).
If you find it difficult to copy and paste like this, you can simply select the desired (or all) bookmarks, and then simply drag them into the bookmarks window of another browser. Just like you work with regular folders or files in Windows Explorer.
3) The next method is the standard ability of browsers to import and export bookmarks.
Import is downloading a bookmarks file, and Export is downloading from the browser.
Import to Mozilla Firefox is in the same library, which can be opened as in the second method above, or by pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + B.
