Review of the Texet iX-maxi smartphone: cloning as the best way to save money. TEXET mobile phone: review, description, characteristics and owner reviews

Somehow everything got stuck. Five years ago, small Mobiltelefon.ru reviewed protected AGMs that reached Russia under the teXet brand. Since then, a lot has changed more than once, but today we are again reviewing the impact-resistant AGM with the teXet logo. This time we will talk about the M1 model, known in Russia as teXet TM-513R. This is a simple push-button telephone, the price of which is Russian stores is approximately three thousand rubles. Let's explore it!

Technical characteristics of teXet TM-513R:

  • Network: GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHz)
  • Platform: proprietary
  • Display: 2", 220x176 pixels, 141 ppi, non-touch
  • Camera: 2 MP, flash, 240p video recording
  • Processor: MediaTek
  • Inner memory: free 6.3 MB
  • Memory card: microSD (up to 16 GB)
  • FM radio
  • Bluetooth
  • Ports: microUSB, 3.5 mm headphone
  • Battery: removable, 2570 mAh
  • Protection: IP67 + shockproof
  • Dimensions: 128x60x22 mm
  • Weight: 168 g

Equipment and design

teXet TM-513R comes in a white box with blue and orange X's. Inside are the phone itself, a charger (5 V, 0.5 A), a USB cable, a mini screwdriver, a couple of screws, replacement caps and a battery. Yes, the battery is removable, its capacity is 2570 mAh. This is not very little even for a smartphone, so a push-button phone can last a very long time on a single charge. We cannot say exactly how much, but in four days of use, the charge indicator did not lose any of the four sticks.

The cover hiding the battery is held on by two screws; you need a mini-screwdriver to twist them. The screws are designed in such a way that they cannot be separated from the lid, so they cannot get lost. Accordingly, there are no replacement screws for the cover included. There are others - those on which plugs for the microUSB (bottom) and 3.5 mm (top) ports are attached. After all, the phone is protected from water and dust (IP67), so all ports must be closed. Impact protection is also declared by the manufacturer. And although the phone looks impressive, I am somewhat confused by the choice of materials - the body is not rubberized, it is made of hard plastic and aerospace aluminum, which do not absorb falls. However, the build is good and teXet devices have previously held up well in all our tests. Nowadays there is snow all around in Siberia, so you can’t have much fun with the tests, but the TM-513R successfully survived lying in the snow, being thrown on the floor, and washing under the tap. There is a strap holder (orange at the top of the back panel).

And one more thing about the body. Despite its terrifying thickness (22 mm) and considerable weight (168 g), the phone is quite comfortable. It is small, fits comfortably in the hand and does not seem particularly heavy. And it feels even lighter than it should be. There are grooved zones at the ends that make the grip as strong as possible; the phone cannot slip out of your hands. The buttons are also convenient, they have a backlight, the quality of which I have no complaints about. The same backlight also illuminates the orange stripes on the sides of the front panel, which looks very interesting in the dark. Finally, it also shines from the microUSB and 3.5 mm ports, helping you not to miss them in the dark. Not every smartphone can boast of this, right?

The teXet TM-513R screen has a 2" diagonal and a resolution of 220x176 pixels. Yes, not even QVGA, and the pixel density of 141 ppi allows you to easily see individual luminous squares. But I still wouldn’t scold the display. The maximum brightness of the screen is very high , there are no problems with reading information on the street. The panel is very simple, so it fades when tilted. In general, with the exception of excellent brightness, it is a typical screen of a modern cheap push-button telephone.

Software

Inside the teXet TM-513R there is a MediaTek chipset, and software This is largely determined by this. This is a very convenient and multifunctional software, which, moreover, can be updated by the manufacturer (not over the air, but through Flashtool). Let's take a quick look at the menu. The main screen displays the names of operators (the phone has two SIM slots, both mini-SIM), date and time. The time is written rather small; This, in my opinion, is not very good. The left and center buttons open the menu, the right - contacts. The joystick buttons (teXet calls it a “cursor”) may or may not open the applications you select - everything is configurable. Of the other keys, special functions are assigned only to #; holding it turns on silent mode.

The menu consists of nine items: contacts, messages, calls, camera, multimedia, organizer, games, services, settings. The multimedia contains a camera (once again), a voice recorder, a media player, FM radio (headphones are needed), a gallery and a book reader, the organizer contains an alarm clock, a calendar, a calculator, tasks, notes, world time, a currency converter (the exchange rate is entered manually), a stopwatch , Explorer, Bluetooth settings and flashlight, in services - browser and SIM menu.

I will criticize the implementation of some functions. “World Time” has a very strange selection of cities - there is the capital of Cape Verde, Praia, but there is no one and a half million Novosibirsk. In addition, there is a constant setting “the time set on the phone is Moscow,” which is why the utility does not work correctly in all other time zones. The “calculator” does not know the order of operations and parentheses, so 2+2*2=8. Finally, the browser disappoints with its poor recognition of encodings, which is why even Google turns into a bunch of squares. But there is support for EDGE, thanks to which sites open quite quickly. The “Games” section is named so loudly: there is only one game (tag from pictures), and you cannot install your own: the file manager does not recognize .jar files as something interesting. T9 no.

Another problem: the phone tends to periodically turn off spontaneously. I have never been able to understand why it turns off, but it just turns off and then turns on quietly at your command. But despite all the bugs and shortcomings, I can say that the phone software is functional and convenient. It's really simple and pleasant to use. Much better than Nokia 150 (review), for example. In general, it's a test.

Camera

teXet TM-513R is equipped with a camera whose resolution, according to the characteristics on the website, is 2 MP. And if this is really 2 megapixels, then I have a lot of questions for the people at MediaTek, AGM and teXet who developed the algorithms. The quality of the pictures is such that you can safely assume that the phone does not have a camera. But you can manually adjust the white balance, change the shutter sound, shoot 240p video, and even pause its recording. There is a flash, and it is quite bright, but in the frames in the dark everything is still black and black - apparently, the phone first turns the flash on and off, and then takes a picture. In general, a few examples and everything will be clear.

You can save photos and videos either to a card microSD memory(a separate slot under the battery is provided for it), or into the built-in memory, which is allocated 6.3 MB to the user for these purposes. Very little? Judge for yourself: the sixteen photographs I took weigh a total of 2.44 MB. A minute of video is a little more.

conclusions

The teXet TM-513R doesn't have a lot of features, it's difficult to use the browser and there's virtually no camera. But it fits firmly in the hand, offers a functional and even customizable interface, lasts an incredibly long time on a single charge, and is generally quite easy to use. And the main thing that the phone is designed for is dust resistance and moisture resistance in accordance with the requirements of the IP67 standard. And if this is exactly what you need, then teXet TM-513R - a good choice cheaper than a branded iPhone or Galaxy case.

Have you heard that there is a TEXET mobile phone? That's right, there is a trademark operating in Russia, offering electronic equipment under this brand. And no, we are not talking about yet another Chinese developer offering their copy of iPhone By affordable price. This is a completely independent manufacturer that has already managed to realize itself in the market, which has 27 years of experience in interacting with domestic buyers. And yes, this company is of Russian origin.

And although, as we have already mentioned, products under this brand include tablet computers, And e-books(which you may have even heard of) - attention in today's review will be focused mainly on what the TEXET mobile phone is.

Positioning

I would like to immediately note that TEXET is clearly not participating in the technology race, which is also going on between Chinese manufacturers. This can be judged by the characteristics that are indicated in smartphones. Take, for example, the TEXET TM 5007 mobile phone. On the company’s website store it is designated as New (a product that went on sale relatively recently). However, its parameters indicate that the device was clearly late in its appearance on the market. This is clearly demonstrated by the screen with a resolution of 540 by 960 pixels (even though some Chinese developers have been equipping their devices with displays for a long time Full HD quality) or volume random access memory in 512 MB. Such characteristics indicate that such a device will not be able to run any modern game or program. Moreover, the performance of the smartphone as a whole will noticeably suffer (the resources are simply not enough even to smoothly expand the Android menu).

The lineup

The catalog of the TEXET online store presents all the models that the company offers. At the time of writing, it included 12 devices - smartphones with different features, opportunities and, of course, different pricing policy. All names are given in two variations - with the index X (X-mini, X-maxi, X-cosmo) and with a four-digit number (for example, TEXET TM 5016 telephone).

What is characteristic is that the device catalog is filled exclusively with smartphones (with touch screen diagonal 4-5 inches, 2/4 nuclear processors, operating on the Android 4.2.2/4.4.2 operating system. I would even like to point out that visually many devices are similar to each other, with the exception of the “protected” one (TEXET X-mega phone). The rest of the devices really seem to belong to the same class.

Design

I would immediately like to make a note regarding the appearance of mobile devices sold under the TEXET brand. Firstly, there is nothing special about their design; something that might interest the buyer and provide him with some value. In fact, we have 11 “shovels” and 1 “protected” rubberized phone, which seem to have been designed according to the same model.

If you look closely, you can even notice some elements of the appearance of “top” devices - from Samsung, Apple and other developers. For example, the TM-4503 model is similar to the first, and the TM-5006 is similar to the second. Other device models also included some “borrowings”.

Obviously, when projecting their gadgets, TEXET specialists did not disdain outright plagiarism in order to please the buyer and increase sales due to this.

Hardware basis

When talking about TEXET smartphones, you shouldn’t expect them to be powered by powerful, cutting-edge processors that deliver serious performance. The devices we analyzed (X-mega, X-line) are capable of matching the available Chinese smartphone. It's about about 4-core Spreadtrum or MediaTek processors, which are more of a budget compromise than an application for speed.

Accordingly, the TEXET phone interacts at the same level - it can cope with most games on basic or average characteristics; but, of course, it won’t handle the “bulky” graphics of colorful gameplays. Plus, we should mention the small amount of RAM - only 512 MB or 1 GB. For comparison: in normal operating mode, the Android system consumes 300-400 MB of memory. Imagine what will happen if you run two or three programs in the background? The smartphone will simply experience serious problems with response - and its owner will feel a lot of inconvenience. And all because those who make the TEXET phone obviously tried to save as much as possible on components. To some extent, they, of course, succeeded.

Camera

For many users, the ability to take photos and videos is the most important feature of any smartphone. After all, it’s so convenient: as soon as the opportunity arises to take a photo in some unusual setting, take out your mobile phone (which you always carry with you anyway) and click a couple of frames. Of course, for this you need to have a device that is capable of this.

On paper, TEXET phones (we do not take into account reviews from real users for now) are equipped with two cameras, as befits modern phones of their class. These are the front camera for selfies and the main (rear) camera. Some of the described characteristics may even seem like solid 5- (like X-line) or 8-megapixel matrices (as is the case with TEXET iX). However, as we all know very well, this is not enough to speak with confidence about the quality of the images.

In fact, color rendition, camera focusing ability, and accuracy play a huge role software settings. If the developer saves on this, even an 8-megapixel camera will shoot worse than one with a high-quality 5-megapixel matrix.

Therefore, speaking about the TEXET camera, we can confidently note that significant savings have been made on it. And you shouldn’t expect colorful, realistic pictures - these are smartphones of a completely different class.

Price policy

By the way, speaking about the classes of models, it should be noted that the phones belong to TEXET, their classification in terms of cost. So, as you might already understand, before us is - budget devices, which do not pretend to have serious functionality. Their task is not to show stability, ample opportunities, or quality of work, but to present themselves to the buyer in the most attractive (from the point of view of acquisition) light. And, if you look closely, everything is designed for this.

We have already mentioned the first factor - design. It is copied from the most popular, best-selling devices. The second is the geographic location of the manufacturer. Well, of course, if it's - Russian company, then who wouldn't want to support her by buying their product? Third is the price. The cost of the smartphones that we described in this article is an order of magnitude lower than even the most affordable “Chinese” ones. If the latter are offered for 8-12 thousand rubles, then a TEXET phone (for example, the X-mega model) will cost only 5-6 thousand. There is also a lower price positioning - take at least X-mini smartphone 2 with a price tag of 3400.

That is, as we see, the manufacturer consciously takes all measures to make the smartphone more accessible and tempting from the point of view of the average person. Of course, the buyer will not go into details of the technical characteristics, since, most likely, he himself does not understand them enough.

Perhaps the most vulnerable spot Modern rugged smartphones are touch screens. Such devices can be drowned and rolled in the sand without much fear, but you should drop them carefully - what if they fall face down, and even on a pebble? It is clear that it is almost impossible to drop something carefully and accidentally; such situations happen suddenly. You can’t hook the straw in advance, and the sandwich (in this case, its equivalent is a smartphone) most often falls with the oil (touch screen) down.

I remember that six months ago my friend and I carried out very serious tests on a smartphone, and he managed to maintain his honor and dignity. But everything could have turned out differently: after each throw, we looked at the screen with caution - what if it cracked? So, if you still need a protected device, but don’t want to deal with “sensor devices”, you should look towards off-road push-button phones. Today we are talking about just one of them – teXet TM-511R.

Brief technical characteristics of teXet TM-511R:
IP67 water and dust protection
Two active SIM cards Standard GSM/GPRS 850/900/1800/1900

3.5mm headphone jack
micro-USB
Lithium-ion battery 2,700 mAh

About battery life

Today there are quite a lot of similar models on the market, ranging from different brands. What is special about teXet TM-511R specifically? You may have already noticed it in the list of performance characteristics, but I’ll emphasize again: this phone has a 2,700 mAh battery.

That is, just a little less than Samsung Galaxy S5 (2,800 mAh) and slightly more than the Samsung Galaxy S4 (2,600 mAh). As someone who takes vacations that are usually split into three or four weeks at different times of the year, it's hard to understand why anyone would want to sit somewhere for a month away from electrical outlets. But the fact is that teXet TM-511R is quite ready for this. After receiving the device, I charged it, and now the third week of operation without recharging is coming to an end, and the indicator still shows a quarter of the charge. I'm sure the phone will last until the cherished month. For comparison: most similar phones have 1,400-1,600 mAh batteries.

About functionality

However, it should be understood that such autonomy was achieved largely due to the broad functionality of the phone. Roughly speaking, it can make calls, provide messaging, play music/video and take photos, plus it offers a voice recorder, alarm clock, calendar, organizer, currency converter, a couple of games and a very simple browser. In a word, all the capabilities of the simplest “telephone” MediaTek platform are available. In fact, you can’t really watch a movie on a 2-inch display, the browser allows you to open only the simplest sites (and you can’t often open them via GPRS - EDGE is not supported), and the quality of music playback will suit only the most picky user. However, teXet TM-511R is quite suitable for audiobooks. Moreover, it has a 3.5 mm jack for headphones, and you can experiment by changing the included headset to something more interesting. This is important, since in the case of many push-button SUVs, their terrible complete headsets are connected to the miniUSB/microUSB ports and cannot be replaced.

The phone interface looks like this. The screen gets very blind in the sun, so I had to take one photo at home

It’s nice that under the control of teXet the device was well localized. That is, there are no strange abbreviations, errors in the Russian language or other translation errors in the interface. I'll never forget: it incorrectly indicated the screen unlock scheme in the tooltip when switching to Ukrainian language. Why, wherefore, and who is to blame for this are open questions. So the teXet TM-511R has nothing like that, the device is localized to the mark.

Oddly enough, the camera deserves a special mention. Yes, you can’t create a photo masterpiece with its help. But she's filming better cameras, which were installed in similar devices last year. Moreover, teXet TM-511R is more or less suitable for shooting text. This photo was taken in a dimly lit room - in good light everything is much better.

The model has two slots for SIM cards, their operation is organized in a standard way: both SIM cards are available in standby mode, and when talking one at a time, the second one is disabled. With the connection everything is in a beam - you can hear it well in both directions. There are very important point: with teXet TM-511R you can speak normally immediately after being removed from the water. Yes, it will be a little worse to hear than in a completely dry state, but still normal. Often, the conversational speakers of protected devices after immersion in water fail for an hour or two - until they dry out.

About the scope of delivery

A very simple headset, a USB-microUSB cable, a charging unit, a warranty and a short user manual - this is basic set almost anyone modern phone.

Meanwhile, the teXet TM-511R also comes with a couple of non-standard accessories. The first is a carabiner with an analog compass and a screwdriver plate required to unscrew the back cover.

The second is spare plugs for the microUSB and 3.5 mm ports, and they come with small bolts. What is all this for? Well, over time, the covers attached to the phone at the factory can become worn out. For example, if it is often dropped on the asphalt. This is where a spare tire comes in handy: you don’t have to buy new phone. Again, back to my personal Caterpillar CAT B25: if you damage the plug tightly screwed to its body, it will lose one of its main qualities - water resistance. With teXet TM-511R this number will not work; you can simply change the caps and continue to use it.

About the building

Perhaps the main “around-the-body” feature of the teXet TM-511R is the matte metal plates screwed to the side edges. They look good and, importantly, make the device... more civilian, or something. Well, that is, I wouldn’t go with most of these “off-road” phones in the city, but the teXet TM-511R is quite suitable for this. It does not seem like a “tractor” or, let’s say, some kind of military weapon. Although, of course, the device is by no means small or light—you can’t hand it to an elegant lady.

However, after our tests, non-metal remained slightly more scratches and dents than rubber and plastic - these are the other two materials used in the teXet TM-511R case. So the use of metal plates can be called both justified and not very justified. They have a positive effect on design, but a negative effect on scratch resistance. However, scars – they adorn real men, and teXet TM-511R is just such a man’s phone.

The build quality is very high; there are no cracks or extra holes that could, in theory, let sand and water in. But, of course, before diving, it would be a good idea to press down the port plugs with your finger once again and check whether you have screwed the back cover tightly. Let me remind you that it is secured with two steel bolts.

I especially note the convenience of the keyboard and joystick. In terms of precision, they differ little from any push-button keyboards Nokia phones Asha. For a secure device, this is really a plus, because the developers of such models usually give up on ergonomics.

About security

The teXet TM-511R case complies with the IP67 standard, that is, the phone can be submerged under water to a depth of up to a meter for half an hour without consequences. Plus it is not afraid of dust. Impacts are more complicated: teXet does not declare compliance with one of the standards of the MIL-STD-810 family, which, unlike IP, also require impact resistance. However, the body of the device, made of metal, rubber and durable plastic, hints that it can also be dropped.

To begin with, we lowered the device into the river. He lay there for about 40 minutes in different positions.

They kicked him on the beach. There were a couple of scratches, but the shells are still relatively sharp, and that was to be expected. But “football” had no effect on performance.

We also tied the phone to a Parrot Ar.Drone 2.0 quadcopter and dropped it from a height of 10 meters onto the ground with gravel, drowned it in the bathtub and threw it onto the asphalt. Here is a video of such a fall:

TeXet TM-511R withstood all these abuses, no problems were recorded. Well, except that the SIM card has moved in the slot, which led to the loss of connection with cellular network, – and that’s only because the slot is in miniSIM format, and I inserted my microSIM card there.

Total

TeXet TM-511R, I’m not afraid of this word, is head and shoulders above its analogues - in at least, those 5-6 push-button “off-road” devices that I came across. In terms of security, they are all approximately the same, but in this case, some attention is paid to the “little things”: the camera (dissenters can look in and admire the pictures taken by the phone under the CAT brand), the included plugs, localization and, most importantly, battery capacity. The same Caterpillar CAT B25 is approximately the same in size, it is no smaller, and the battery there is almost two times weaker. And the funny thing is, it costs more: about 5,000 rubles versus 2,900 in the case of Texet.

In general, the teXet TM-511R can be recommended for lovers of long mountain or sea adventures. Especially if you are taking something more “internet-based” on vacation (a smartphone or tablet) - with World Wide Web For devices like teXet TM-511R everything is very complicated. However, taking a break from this very Web can also be useful.

During a crisis, when everything has become more expensive, unexpected surprises happen. Thus, the manufacturer of mobile devices, the Texet company, called its brainchild, the iX-maxi smartphone, an anti-crisis offer for fans of expensive gadgets. One glance at this device is enough both to be indignant and to become interested. The smartphone looks as if Tim Cook showed it to us a couple of months ago. Let's meet another copy of the iPhone 6!

Specifications and performance

  • 4.7-inch screen with a resolution of 540x960 pixels;
  • quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor, 4x Cortex A7 clocked at 1.3 GHz;
  • graphics accelerator: Mali-400MP2, 400 MHz;
  • operating system Android versions 4.4.2;
  • 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal memory;
  • no memory card support;
  • non-removable accumulator battery capacity 1600 mAh.

Of course, this is far from a flagship, but it has quite solid power. The desktop screens turn smoothly and quickly, and everything in the browser also works without any lags. The games are doing well, for example, Walking Dead: Season 2 looks and plays great. This also applies to Asphalt 8.

Design

As already written above, this is a clone. The body of the smartphone is made of aluminum; on the back, instead of the logo with a bitten apple, there is a modest and inconspicuous inscription Texet. If you wish, you can use the sticker that comes with all Apple gadgets. iX-maxi looks decent and can easily be confused with a device made by Apple. The only let down was the unpolished glass around the edges.

Texet iX-maxi fits perfectly in the hand. Its size allows it to be used with one hand.

Screen

The Texet iX-maxi has a 4.7-inch diagonal screen with a resolution of 540x960 pixels, which is significantly smaller than the iPhone. The display understands up to five simultaneous touches. Thanks to the IPS matrix, it has decent viewing angles. It produces a decent picture, although the colors are not very rich. Brightness is enough, but sunlight creates unpleasant glare.

Camera

Fans of frequent photography will appreciate the ability to launch the camera from the lock screen. The camera uses an eight-megapixel photosensor. The application adjusts exposure and white balance, and also has a continuous shooting function - up to 100 shots. Autofocus is accurate and fast in good light, but predictably slow and inaccurate in the dark. In fact, initially you don’t expect high-quality photos from this smartphone, however, the photos turn out to be quite clear and bright.

The 2 megapixel front camera is not equipped with autofocus, but it is capable of taking decent selfies.

Results

Texet iX-maxi can easily be confused with the new iPhone 6. On the one hand, it looks interesting, but on the other hand it is repulsive, because many associate this approach to design with cheap Chinese fakes. The price of Texet iX-maxi is 12,000 rubles. And if you put aside all this similarity with the iPhone 6, the device turned out to be very good for its money.

Video review of Texet iX-maxi

Texet is a St. Petersburg company engaged in the production and sale of electronics. This company has existed since 2004. During its activity, Texet has proven that it is capable of developing high-quality and affordable gadgets: from players to smartphones. Today, the company places special emphasis in its work on smartphones, because... These are the devices that are in greatest demand. For this reason, in this publication we will look at the TOP 4 best Texet X smartphones. Thanks to a detailed study of the characteristics, it will be possible to understand which model is better to purchase for specific purposes.

Smartphone Texet X-selfie

The name of this model speaks for itself. This device is perfect for those who like to take self-portraits, turning a blind eye to the other capabilities of the gadget. Thanks to the nice design, the user can take pictures with both the front camera and take pictures in the mirror. Aesthetic appearance the phone will not make its owner feel awkward.

  1. Equipment and appearance. The gadget is sold in a beautiful cardboard package that is pleasant to hold in your hands. When purchasing a phone, the user will also receive a charging adapter, an instruction manual, a cable for connecting to personal computer, guarantee. The general appearance of this model reminds everyone of the well-known seventh iPhone. The gadget is made of plastic. Color design can be black or pink. The location of the connectors can be called standard: the top panel is allocated for a headphone jack, as well as a connector for micro-USB. The bottom of the back cover is decorated with the company logo in the form English letter X. At the top is the rear camera, as well as special button, which facilitates the process of creating self-portraits. Both the main camera and the dedicated selfie button are slightly recessed inside the lid. The surface of the device is slightly loosened, making the smartphone pleasant to touch. The dimensions of this model are 144.5x72x7.9 mm. The weight of the product is 154 g. Such dimensions and weight allow you to easily hold the gadget with one or both hands. A rather important flaw of this smartphone concerns support for SIM cards. It is equipped with only one slot, although any SIM card can be inserted into this slot.
  2. Display. The model has a five-inch IPS screen. Display resolution - 1280x720 pixels. The average pixel per inch concentration is 294 ppi. The screen size is sufficient for viewing photos and videos.
  3. Technical content. Texet X-selfie operates on Android version 6. It contains a MediaTek 6580A processor with 4 cores. Each core operates at a clock speed of 1.3 GHz. The factory RAM is frankly not enough - only 1 GB. Also, the internal memory of the device is small. It is equal to 8 gigabytes. However, if desired, it can be increased to 32 GB. The graphics are handled by the ARM Mali-400 MP video card. It is considered weak for modern 3D games, but older applications of this kind will still work. The total productivity of the filling will not be enough for full use Texet X-selfie, but for surfing the Internet, watching videos and taking photos, the available power is enough.
  4. Multimedia capabilities. The smartphone in question contains 2 cameras: the rear one, located on the back cover, and the front one, which is located at the top of the front panel. The resolution of the rear camera is 8 megapixels, and the front camera is 5 megapixels. The installed cameras perform their primary task well, but problems with automatic focusing may arise during use. Testing has shown that this problem is caused by poor software optimization. As for support for audio formats, music lovers have nothing to fear. The phone will play all the most popular formats music. Also, Texet X-selfie plays all common video formats.
  5. Charge. The device contains a 2000 mAh battery. This is frankly not enough for modern smartphones. Even with an average load, the gadget will barely last until the end of the day. Due to a full load, the device will completely sit down in a couple of hours.
  6. Auxiliary functionality. The model contains all typical applications - radio, calculator, calendar, etc. It supports types of wireless communications such as 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth.
The price of Texet X-selfie in Russia is 5,000 rubles.

Smartphone Texet X-omega

This type of smartphone is very similar to the previous one. It has identical technical stuffing and is capable of performing the same functions. Only the design has undergone some changes, so the purchase of this model will entirely depend on the aesthetic preferences of the potential user.
