Mobile mgts. Mgts - “mts turned off the sim card mgts, or ping pong mgts vs mts, I’m in the role of a ball” Comparison of mobile communication tariffs

There is no worse operator than MGTS! If you end up with them, then you are in mobile slavery! For the second month they do not allow me to switch to another operator. At first they could not correct their own errors in the client’s data, and when they finally dealt with this problem, they refused to transfer the number due to a debt that does not exist! The absence of debt was repeatedly confirmed by MGTS employees, explaining the refusal to transfer the number as a technical error, but the next application was again rejected. And this has been going on for the second month!!! I have already sent a pre-trial claim, I was informed that it is in progress, but they still refuse to transfer the number. Apparently, they will release me only by a court decision!

Transferred numbers from MTS to MGTS. These are child structures. During the translation they told me that I could use SIM cards right away. He explained that I didn’t need this until the transfer and asked me to confirm that there was no charge for this before I started using it. However, the valiant managers of MGTS need to make a plan and they don’t care if it’s at your expense. They activated the cards for me. Tariffing began 14 days before the actual start of use. I've been fighting for a week now. Yesterday they called and said that the complaint was recognized as justified and there would be a recalculation, but today everything was returned back and the tariff again exceeds actual use by 14 days. Beware, like the parent company MTS - these are scammers!

They called me and more than once offered to connect Mobile MGTS using a special service. tariff for subscribers.

I finally decided to switch with the whole family (3 SIM cards) on March 8 (pleasant surprise!) and when I went into personal. The office saw +99 rubles in the bill, and so I pay until the 20th - i.e. This is the second month I have new conditions.

Having called MGTS, I found out that they added the cost of renting a TV set-top box (which I turned on 5-10 times in 3 years!) and which was included in the tariff! The operator said that there was information on the website! On what website (!?), is this a special rate - I answered. I went to check, “oh, mistakenly,” I sent it for recalculation and, having learned that I don’t watch TV, I offered to pick it up, calling the courier and asking for what day. I decided to take a break (the surprise was no longer pleasant, but rather unpleasant!) and decided to drive up to transfer 3 phones to MGTS on March 10th.

I called back on March 10 in the morning about the arrival of the courier and the collection of the TV set-top box, and then I learned that I had to disconnect the equipment myself from the optical router (GPON) and bring the entire set to 4 offices in Moscow, which are located in the middle of nowhere (the nearest one is 40 km from home! from Bratislavskaya metro station - you need to spend 3 hours!). Those. Have I already become a courier for MGTS?! I asked, if I give up the Internet, will I also turn off the optical wi-fi router itself and bring it to the same place that the MGTS specialist installed? Yes, they answered me.

I lost the desire to switch to special MGTS tariffs for my entire family after reading on this website how people try to leave their MGTS mobile phone with their number three times and fail! MGTS knows how to surprise and to the fullest...the balls just popped out and I almost vomited...

I have been using the Internet from MGTS for several years now. In general, I am satisfied with the provider, but I noticed certain shortcomings.
1) the declared speed is observed, but only via wire. On the old router, Wi-Fi is only 2.4 GHz, and the connection stability on it is not very good, I can’t even make normal calls through mobile applications (as a rule, the person I’m calling becomes hard to hear, the sound is interrupted). You even have to connect your mobile phone to your computer by wire, then the connection is good. I made repairs, installed Ethernet sockets, so Wi-Fi is not very important for me, I don’t even need to replace the router. I am writing simply so that other users understand that over Wi-Fi the quality of communication is usually much worse, and it is pointless to complain about low speeds and interruptions.

2) connection stability is good, although on social networks users quite often complained about glitches, I haven’t encountered them at all lately. But what’s annoying is that I lost my IPv6 address since the new year, but for most users it works. I think that I will have to connect to my home Internet from outside (there is IPv6 outside), and because of this it is expensive to take a static IP. And on some sites, verification messages pop up due to a large number of requests from one IP, which is not the case on IPv6.

3) there are favorable tariffs for mobile communications (649 rubles for 200 Mbit/s Internet + 2 GB mobile traffic + 350 minutes). There is a similar tariff with unlimited internet. But the strange subscription fee of 214 rubles for a home phone, which is rarely used, is annoying. On mobile phones, the subscription fee includes a package of minutes, but here for some reason it doesn’t. Mobile communications developed at a fairly rapid pace, but the principle of setting the tariff for a landline phone froze for decades, and a landline phone became much more expensive than a mobile phone. I’m thinking about turning it off, but my mother needs to go, the number is registered to her. Or leave it as a backup communication channel - mobile communication at home is not very good, and the tariffs are cheaper now, and then they may become more expensive. Although, on the other hand, MGTS works through MTS, and MTS mobile communications are better than other operators in that they have “goodies” that other operators do not have, for example, an application for calls with free calls within the network - within the operator’s network, and not just inside the application, or the same IPv6. And I use it a lot at the dacha, and the quality of communication there got better last year. But Online/Rostelecom has a home phone without a monthly fee.

It would be better to include a home phone in a package with a discount, or include a package of minutes in a tariff with a minimum monthly fee, or remove this fee altogether. There must be some advantages to a home phone over a mobile phone, especially since radio link resources are more limited than optics.

Dear n*******@vyalceva.net!
Good afternoon Thanks for your feedback!
On all tariff plans, the speed stated is for a wired connection.
The IPv6 protocol is provided in test mode, so it does not work for all subscribers.
A fee of 214 rubles/month is charged for using the line and its maintenance.

Even though the companies have similar names and logos, they cannot be called the same organization. MTS provides mobile communications and the Internet, and MGTS provides television and landline telephony. What connects these organizations? Are MGTS and MTS the same thing or not?

MGTS is the Moscow city telephone network, which offers mobile radiotelephone communications and has the largest backbone network in the capital, the length of which is almost 45 thousand km. The organization provides access to digital TV, home Internet, mobile communications and landline telephony.

MGTS was founded in 1882 and the first payphones were installed 27 years later. In 1986, the first fiber optic line was laid (about 8.7 km). Only 16 years after this event, the developer introduced broadband access to the global network. In 2004, analogue numbers were replaced by digital ones. Development happened slowly but surely.

Features and Benefits:

  1. Using ADSL, a technology that replaced dial-up access and provided high connection speeds.
  2. GPON is a technology for building a fiber optic network to transform an organization into a multi-service provider.
  3. Introducing tariff plans for Internet connections with speeds of up to 500 Mbit/sec to the market.

Based on Internet access, high-quality video surveillance and security alarm services are provided. The operator offers a unique opportunity to connect automated access to the “Smart Home” option. Additional services include computer assistance and white internet (blocking potentially unwanted content).

About MTS

MTS is a telecommunications company in the CIS and Russia, providing uninterrupted, high-quality service. The operator provides uninterrupted mobile communications (LTE, UTMS, GSM), wired telephony, mobile, satellite and cable TV, and access to the global network. There are also related services, such as the sale of content.

MTS was created in 1993, one of the founders was MGTS. Active growth occurred in 1997.

Main advantages:

  • broadband access to the global network;
  • money transfers to bank cards;
  • use of a billing system for internal reporting;
  • consolidation of several segments of the telecommunications market;
  • After rebranding, the possibility of a credit form of payment became available.

Are MTS and MGTS the same thing?

MTS PJSC has the lion's share of MGTS assets - about 95%. Companies do not compete with each other, but strive to create a monopoly. MTS is the leader in the mobile Internet, and MGTS provides inexpensive call rates, but is inferior in quality to the connection to the World Wide Web.

MGTS and MTS what is the difference?

So what is the difference between MTS and MGTS? Organizations provide digital television services together, and when ordering services from one company, you can receive equipment with the logo of another. It becomes clear that they cooperate with each other. The organization's business is united via digital TV. MGTS will lay the fiber optic cable and MTS will provide equipment rental. In fact, we are talking about the same organization, one of which is a subsidiary.

What to choose MGTS or MTS?

Most subscribers believe that it is better to cooperate with MTS, despite the fact that MGTS provides tariff plans on more favorable terms. The quality of the Internet connection is much more important.

Moscow residents are increasingly connecting to the Moscow city telephone network, which provides subscribers with mobile communications, Internet and television services.

From the name it is clear that the company directly covers Moscow and the Moscow region, which is approximately 45 km of the network.

Lately, more and more questions have arisen from customers regarding the connection and operation of mobile MGTS.

Therefore, this article will discuss these issues in detail.

It is worth noting that the idea of \u200b\u200bintegrating MTS and MGTS companies has been circulating for a long time at various joint-stock meetings of enterprises.

But nevertheless, the idea was recently bought by a new owner and as a result a new telephone network was developed called MGTS.

This transformation happened very quickly, which is why you rarely see headlines in the media about the reorganization of mobile communication packages.

But even without much publicity, the new company is a leader in Moscow. This is due to the fact that a lot of money was invested in the work and development of MGTS communications.

Therefore, the connection offers users the latest developments.

MGTS has many advantages and advantages compared to other operators, which you can learn about further.

The integration of MTS into MGTS made it possible for subscribers to receive new and favorable tariffs, which are considered one of the most valuable in the Moscow region.

As already mentioned, the idea of launching MGTS communications has been on paper for a long time, but its implementation was prevented by a number of nuances, namely the collection of the necessary permits, certificates, licenses, and so on.

What are the features of MGTS?

It is worth noting after the integration of two network companies took place, all tariffs were redone, but still they were developed to meet the old needs of clients, so there is no point in talking about fundamental changes.

At the same time, the first tariffs were issued by MGTS with significant discounts, even up to 40, but this did not save sales, since the cost of the tariff did not cover the low Internet traffic.

But a feature and a new step in the development of the merged company MGTS was the use of GPON technology.

This technology has made it possible to increase speed to very high levels.

As a result, the MGTS mobile network has today become one of the most popular in Moscow and the Moscow region.

How to connect to mobile MGTS?

In order to get all the benefits of using the services of MGTS, you will need to get a SIM card.

You can do this as follows:

1. Visit the offices of the MGTS company, which work separately for individuals and legal entities.

Before going to the company office, you must take your passport with you; e.

The application will need to indicate an additional technological number, personal information, passport data, and home telephone number.

3. After filling out the application, the user will be issued a temporary SIM card with a new temporary number.

After a certain use of the services, it will become the main one, unless the subscriber wants to change it.

5. After 8 days, the temporary card will be activated and all calls and SMS messages will begin to arrive to it.

6. After this, the person officially becomes a subscriber of MGTS.

Attention! The service of transferring a number from a temporary SIM card to the main one within 8 days is paid. The subscriber will need to pay 100 rubles, which will be included in a single bill (comes for utilities for using a cell phone).

What tariffs does MGTS provide for telephones?

MGTS provides subscribers with two tariffs for connecting to mobile Internet and calls:

This package is provided to subscribers for a subscription fee of 300 rubles/month. The user will also be provided with 2 GB of Internet and traffic without a speed limit.

As for calls, this tariff provides 350 minutes to all Russian networks and the same number of SMS.

Within the territory of Moscow and the Moscow region, subscribers are provided with unlimited calls, and there will also be unlimited calls to the MTS operator.

In order to switch to this tariff, you need to enter the following command to switch: *111*530# and call.

This tariff allows users to use up to 0 GB of Internet for only 500 rubles per month.

Subscribers are provided with 500 minutes to all networks in the Russian Federation as part of the package price.

Also within Moscow and the Moscow region, all calls will be unlimited. Also, no limit is established for the MTS operator.

Subscribers can send up to 500 SMS at the rate (0.50 rubles) throughout the Russian Federation.

In order to switch to this tariff plan, you need to dial the following command: *111*5300#. Then you need to dial the call.

What else do you need to know?

In order to manage your tariffs, as well as find out the connected services. The subscriber can always go to his personal account, which can be found on the main page of the MGTS company.

Also on the main page you can view all subscribers who have signed a contract with MGTS.

In their personal account, clients can get details of their number without any violations.

Attention! Separately, it is worth considering the fact that some tariffs from MGTS for mobile communications can be changed quite regularly, so you need to periodically review the information on the official MGTS page.

You should also receive an SMS notification about changing the tariff parameters.

In order to find out detailed information about a particular tariff, subscribers can always call the technical support line.

Where operators help customers solve their problems free of charge and around the clock.

You can call the operator at the number: 8 495 636-0-636. You can also ask a question directly when purchasing a SIM card or on the company’s main page.

Subscriber reviews

Reviews about the mobile operator MGTS can be found in a variety of ways. But basically, most subscribers leave positive comments.

Basically, users note such criteria as affordable tariffs, fast connection, stable signal operation, and so on.

It is worth noting, that the subscriber also leaves negative reviews. They are mainly related to the quality of service.

So, there are some complaints about the operator’s waiting time, his work and other nuances of service.

The main positive reviews are aimed at the company’s pricing policy for providing a comprehensive Internet connection to a mobile phone, computer and TV, and at the same time through just one cell phone.

At the same time, a comprehensive package is provided to clients with a good signal, which is important for receiving positive feedback from clients.

But in recent years there has been a trend towards a decrease in the popularity of the mobile operator MGTS.

This is again due to the service, which plays a very important role for the subscriber.

Thus, many subscribers claim that when contacting the company’s centers they are openly rude and do not want to help in resolving issues that arise.

This ultimately pushes many citizens away from connecting to this mobile operator.

It is worth noting, that the company administration is clearly not interested in raising the level of customer service and this plays a very negative role.

Thus, as can be seen from this article, working with MGTS is quite easy and simple.

At the same time, the convenience of work lies in the fact that the client can immediately connect not only a mobile operator with the Internet, but also additionally Internet on a PC and television.

In this case, payment does not occur separately, but immediately for all services received from MGTS at home.

But before connecting to a mobile operator, you need to carefully study all the reviews and conditions of the company’s tariffs, since they are not suitable for all users.

The Russian telecommunications operator Mobile Telesystems OJSC and the Moscow City Telephone Network, which is part of the Moscow City Telephone Network OJSC, are creating a multi-service virtual operator (MVNO) in the capital region. Representatives of the companies announced this at a press conference on Friday. The new operator will start working on Monday.

Starting from September 8, customers in Moscow will be able to take advantage of a package offer that includes mobile and Internet services along with broadband Internet access, digital TV and fixed telephony. According to MGTS General Director Andrey Ershov, by 2017 MGTS plans to provide such services to up to 50% of the Moscow customer base. “We have almost completed the first full-fledged convergent product in Russia,” says Ershov.

Representatives of both companies assured that in the foreseeable future, clients of other mobile operators will have access to the service of switching to MGTS while maintaining their number, which is currently in testing mode.

The decision to create a multi-service operator was caused by a drop in voice traffic from traditional mobile service providers, MGTS Marketing Director Dmitry Kulakovsky told reporters. The new integrated operator will use the network infrastructure and frequencies of MTS, while MGTS will provide its own number base and Internet, digital TV and landline telephone services, he explained.

As Andrey Ershov reported, MGTS users will have access to three comprehensive service packages - Silver, Gold and Platinum, combining mobile and fixed-line services using GPON technology - an optical network that provides multifunctional broadband Internet access. The cost of the Silver package, which includes home telephone and Internet, a digital TV package of 79 channels, as well as a mobile number with the prefix +7 (985) 905, will be 650 rubles. per month.

Gold and Platinum packages include expanding the standard options for home telephone and digital TV, increasing Internet speed and receiving SMS packages and minutes for mobile communications. At the same time, the system allows you to connect up to five mobile numbers to a single MGTS user account and receive a single invoice for all services.

Kulakovsky told Gazeta.Ru that the cost of roaming services and calls to numbers of other operators for the standard Silver package will be the same as for MTS.

The multiservice operator created by MTS and MGTS will not remain the only one for long.

“We are planning to launch converged products for the whole family, including mobile communications, home Internet and television. Unlike MTS, we provide all of the listed services from one legal entity, so we do not need an MVNO scheme,” the Beeline press service told Gazeta.Ru. The company representative did not specify when the services are planned to be launched.

“The creation of MVNO is the right direction for the development of the fixed broadband access market, which has almost reached saturation,” noted the Megafon press service. “However, the demand for this product depends to a large extent on how well the services are implemented, how convenient they are for the user, what the cost of the offer is, etc.”

“MGTS’s offer is very interesting for customers, since this company is a monopolist in the Moscow region in fixed-line communications. MGTS is trying to reduce the outflow of fixed-line subscribers by discounting a number of services in the complex. Considering the extreme competition in the field of the Internet and digital TV, MGTS and MTS will use their existing customer base to sell a whole range of services under a single brand,” Otkrytie-Capital analyst Alexander Vengranovich told Gazeta.Ru.

In his opinion, companies are unlikely to encounter technical problems, but the growth in demand will directly depend on marketing support and ensuring the declared quality of services.

Vengranovych sees a single account as an important competitive advantage for MGTS, as well as the future possibility of switching to MGTS while maintaining the number. “This offer will be especially interesting to corporate clients, since today companies are trying to optimize costs, and preserving the number can seriously help with this,” the expert concluded.

Vengranovic also believes that Beeline will soon try to create a similar product, using its powerful presence in the field of broadband Internet access. “However, they do not have fixed-line services, which will not allow them to create a completely similar product,” the analyst believes.

The concept of an MVNO operator is currently extremely popular in Europe, Asia, as well as in the USA and Canada. The ten largest MVNOs in 2013 accounted for 1.4% of the global mobile communications market by number of subscribers, another 0.4% accounted for other MVNOs not included in the top ten.
