To obtain financial information about your service, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has created a special portal for military personnel and civil servants. On it you can view information about the amount of your salary around the clock, as well as generate a pay slip, which will indicate the components of your salary. Any military serviceman serving under a contract can enter the serviceman's personal account and track your income for the selected period.
To obtain information about the amount of monetary allowance accrued to a serviceman, you must log into the serviceman’s personal account. To do this, go to the address https://cabinet.mil.ru/ and on the page that opens, enter your username and password, then click the “Login” button.
If the details are correct, you will be taken to the main page of the serviceman’s personal account, where the following operations will be available to you:
- generating a payslip for the selected period
- saving the payslip on your computer in electronic form
- information about the latest accrual
A serviceman's pay slip includes the following information:
- components of wages that are due to a military man for the past time period;
- other financial accruals (vacation pay, sick leave, allowance for physical activity, etc.)
- amounts that are withheld from wages;
- the total amount that is supposed to be given to the military.
Please note that the pay slip is generated within 1 day following the day the salary is received on the serviceman’s bank card.
Note! Previously, it was possible to enter your personal account without registering using a personal number, but now this function is not available. To receive a pay slip, military registration is required, regardless of rank.
The personal account was created for the convenience of people in public service, as well as to combat corruption. All transfers of allowances to contract soldiers are carried out through the Unified Settlement Center of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
If you need one or another financial certificate, for example, 2-NDFL, then you need to contact the Federal Federal District of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (financial support department) in your military district. You can find the address of the branch of your region on the official website of the Ministry of Defense at http://mil.ru/ .
To enter your personal account, you must first register in the system. To do this, you need to go to the official website at https://cabinet.mil.ru/ and on the page that opens, select the “Register” section.
In the window that opens, you must enter the following information:
- Select employee status (military or civil servant)
- Enter the serviceman's personal number
- Indicate date of birth
- Create a password (must be at least 6 characters long and start with a letter)
- Provide your email address (required to confirm registration on the portal)
- Enter the verification code from the picture and press the "Register" button
After this, a link to activate your personal account will be sent to your email; this link is valid for 2 hours from the moment registration is completed. If you do not have time to activate your account within this time, you will have to register again.
Note! In some cases, personal account registration fails. The most common reasons for errors in registering a serviceman’s personal account are: the date of birth or personal number of the serviceman is incorrectly indicated in the documents submitted to the Unified Center of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. In this case, you need to contact the commander of your military unit and ask to make changes.
If for some reason (forgot your password, don’t remember your login) you are unable to log into your serviceman’s personal account, then you can use the access recovery function, which will remind you of your login and also provide the opportunity to change your password to a new one. To check monetary allowances for military personnel and civilians, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has developed an Internet service “Personal Account”. Here you can get timely information about the accrual of funds, as well as order the issuance of the necessary documents and certificates.
The service is available only to registered users. The registration process is described later in this article.
The entrance to your personal account is located at https://cabinet.mil.ru/. Next, on the authorization page, you need to enter the login and password that you received when creating your account. Next, click on the “Login” button. After the system verifies the data, the account home page will open.
The main available services of a military personnel personal account:
- generating a payslip for the selected period
- saving the payslip on your computer in electronic form
- information about the latest accrual
- participation in surveys

Next, a link for activation in the system will be sent to the specified email address. Please note that the link is active for two hours after receipt. If during this time you have not used the link, you must register again. It is recommended to check your SPAM email folder; the email may have ended up there by mistake.

After clicking on “Login”, the system will redirect you to the “Payslips” section, which displays all payments since 2012.
To be able to use all the features of the service, you must create a full-fledged account. On the page https://cabinet.mil.ru/ mark “Register”. You will be offered another form in which, in addition to your date of birth and personal number, you must enter your self-created password and E-mail address twice. Advantages of access to your personal account
Logging into a serviceman’s personal account using a personal number does not make it possible to order a 2-NDFL certificate via the Internet. After registering an account, a table of the Russian Ministry of Defense of all military districts with addresses and telephone numbers is available. You can fill it out and send it by email or fax. To receive a paper form to mail or submit in person, print the form on paper and fill it out.
