- the proxy server is specified incorrectly. Check the proxy server settings in Download Master -> Settings -> Proxy Settings;
Sometimes it happens that Trojans indicate the wrong proxy in the IE settings and then Download Master uses them (if the option is enabled: "Use proxy settings from MS Internet Explorer").
Download Master does not download specific file, what to do?

How to set up integration in Firefox?
1. Enable integration in the Download Master settings;

3. In the Plugins section for the Download Master Click Monitoring Plugin, set the option to “Always enable”;
4. Restart Firefox and Download Master.
Is integration possible into the Maxthon/MyIE2 browser?
Integration into MyIE2 is possible, you just need to enable it. For this:
1. Open MyIE2, go to Options -> MyIE2 Options... -> Advanced and turn on "Enable IE Plugin Support", click "OK", close MyIE2.

The new Maxthon does not load BHO objects by default, so do the following:
1. Check whether BHO objects are loaded, for which we go to Maxthon, then Options -> Maxthon Options... -> Plugin -> IE Plugin tab and look for IE 4.x-6.x BHO for Download Master in the list, if it exists, you just need to enable it, other interceptor objects can be disabled. This completes the integration.
2. If IE 4.x-6.x BHO for Download Master is not in the list, then you need to exit Maxthon, find the plugins.ini file (usually in the ..\Maxthon\Config folder), open it in text editor and in the section (if there is no such section, then you need to create it) write the line bLoadBHO=1.
