The fiber part of the network uses Superior Cables and Opten cable, the coaxial part uses cable Times Fiber, mainline amplifiers General Instruments. At the initial stage, house distribution amplifiers from the company were used Pico Macom, later - WISI amplifiers (now this is the main amplifier). Illegal connections are caused by the poor condition of the city's collective antenna park and problems with over-the-air reception. Local authorities have included articles protecting Alma-TV communications in the administrative code. Alma-TV is drawing up protocols on illegal connections and has prepared a number of stories for distribution in the media.
