.NET Framework 4.5
This version comes with Microsoft package Visual Studio 2012. To install it separately, just download the .NET Framework 4.5 distribution kit for free from the official website and follow the instructions of the installer.
NET Framework 4.5 is typically not available by default on Windows 7 and must be downloaded manually. For this:
