Studded light truck tire designed to ensure safety on long journeys in extreme winter conditions. It is characterized by high performance on snow, stability when maneuvering even under extreme loads and reduced noise levels. The tire is available in 4 sizes with seat diameters of 15 and 16 inches.
PIRELLI ICE ZERO
This tire is the first studded model in the P Zero line, in the development of which Pirelli engineers drew on the company's 40 years of experience in rallying. One of the keys to high performance characteristics is the “double” stud technology, and the high frequency of the lamellas provides reliable grip on the snow surface. Stable tire performance is achieved through the use of an innovative rubber compound that maintains a constant structure under different temperature conditions. The optimized tire profile improves traction and promotes more uniform heating of the tire during operation. The tire range includes 79 standard sizes with seat diameters from 14 to 21 inches.
PIRELLI FORMULA ICE
This studded tire is part of the Formula product line - a new brand of Pirelli - and was developed in Northern Europe for use in the difficult winter conditions of Russia and Scandinavia. High driving and braking performance on ice is ensured by an aluminum hexagonal stud, and the level of grip on a snowy road is determined by high frequency location of the lamellas. The use of special aromatic oils in the tread rubber compound made it possible to improve braking distances on roads treated with reagents. A solid center rib provides stability on dry roads. The tire is available in 33 sizes with seat diameters from 13 to 18 inches.
PIRELLI ICE ZERO FRICTION
This friction tire with an improved rubber compound, new tread pattern and casing is suitable for installation on most passenger cars and SUVs. The directional tread pattern improves mechanical grip: the central blocks grip snow, and directional grooves provide effective water drainage. Wave-shaped tread blocks located near the shoulder areas and longitudinal channels separating them also serve to retain snow and increase traction. The structure of the tires with softer and narrower shoulder zones helps to increase the contact patch of the tire with the road and provides improved traction and grip characteristics in different conditions. Despite the increased contact patch, the tire exhibits a low level of rolling resistance. The Cinturato Winter tread is characterized by both the original distribution of blocks and their layout. This solution promotes better water drainage. TOYO OBSERVE GARIT GIZ
The main characteristics of this new product for passenger cars are improved braking and cornering performance on icy roads, the ability to adapt to changing winter road conditions, and an improved rubber compound composition. For reliable grip on an icy surface, the rubber compound uses walnut shell particles as microspikes (Toyo Microbit technology), and carbon micropores act as an absorbent, absorbing the formed water film in the contact patch of the tire with the icy surface. Combined tread blocks maintain a stable tire shape, which has a positive effect on cornering control and braking performance. New three-dimensional sipes (3D Multi-wave technology) not only remove water formed between the tire and the road surface, but also cling to the icy road surface with their edges. The tire is available in 21 standard sizes with seat diameters from 13 to 18 inches.
TOYO OBSERVE G3-ICE
Studded tire for passenger cars, SUVs and SUVs. The improved distribution of studs (they form 20 lines across the entire tread width) in combination with the unique Toyo Microbit technology (natural microstuds - walnut shell particles in the tread rubber compound) provides high traction and braking performance on ice and snow, and also reduces noise levels . The tire remains elastic even in severe frosts, while the stud retention properties do not deteriorate. In addition to high performance characteristics, the model provides a high level of comfort. A studless tire that combines the capabilities of tires equipped with studs and the comfort inherent in friction tires. The original composition of the rubber mixture includes microparticles of walnut shells, which increases the level of grip on snow and ice, and a moisture absorbent based on powder obtained from bamboo charcoal, which absorbs moisture formed during movement in the contact patch. The tire is designed for use in any winter conditions and is highly wear-resistant. The Toyo Observe GSi-5 model is available in 120 standard sizes with mounting diameters from 13 to 22 inches.

An innovative rubber compound with new compound technology combining silica and orange oil promotes stable performance over a wide temperature range, improves handling and reduces rolling resistance. Also, the new rubber compound improves performance on wet surfaces in winter conditions. The tire design with a new profile is aimed at improving handling and reducing fuel consumption. YOKOHAMA iceGUARD Stud iG55
The tire, which uses new technologies, is intended for both passenger cars and SUVs. The original tread pattern, including a central rib, volumetric sipes and diagonal microgrooves, allows you to optimize the contact patch and traction. The shoulder block design also improves traction, while wide angled grooves improve water and slush evacuation. The stud has a flange and core design that enhances the edge effect, which improves traction on ice and helps keep the studs in the tire. The optimized tread hardness also contributes to the strength of the contact between the stud and the tire. The stud distribution pattern not only enhances traction on ice, but also reduces noise levels. Particular attention was paid to the composition of the rubber mixture. The water-absorbing composition, also used for iceGUARD friction models, effectively absorbs the water film, while the elastic polymer and high density of microparticles make it possible to optimize tread hardness and stabilize the behavior of the tire on dry roads. The rubber mixture also contains silica and orange oil.
YOKOHAMA iceGUARD Studless G075
This is the first non-studded tire for SUVs in the history of the iceGUARD brand. When developing the rubber compound, special attention was paid to the capabilities of the composition that absorbs the water film formed when moving on ice. In addition, the iceGUARD Studless G075 rubber compound has softer properties at low temperatures, which improves grip. The new tread pattern increases the contact patch and is designed for high edge effect on icy surfaces. Diagonal micro sipes provide reliable grip on ice from the first kilometers of tire operation. Compared to the G073 model, the braking distance on ice was reduced by 23%, rolling resistance was 5% lower and the noise level was reduced by more than 2 dB. The tire is available in 20 sizes with seat diameters from 16 to 18 inches.
