If nothing is received, ask to extend the waiting time as much as possible. It is 90 days. At the end of this time, you can already demand compensation for the cost with full rights.

The AliExpress administration may extend the period by another 15-20 days, but the dispute will be asked to be closed. It is worth sending her a message if the order is not delivered by the end of the deadline.

In practice, it is rarely possible to win the maximum period of protection. Very often it is limited to 30-40 days. But parcels usually don’t arrive for more than a month.

After you receive the order, you need to close the dispute and thank the seller for your understanding, even if he edits the dispute in the first hours after it was opened.
