Let's simulate the situation. While working, the user accidentally deleted a photo. There is no original of it left on the camera. Then I emptied the trash. Literally immediately after emptying the recycle bin, the loss was discovered, and the deleted photo needs to be restored.
Step 1. Search. Before you can restore what you deleted from the Recycle Bin, you need to find what you deleted. If you erased them from a CD/DVD disk or flash drive, then you will not be able to restore them this way. In the case of CD/DVD discs, the information is completely erased - it is impossible to return what was deleted. And in the case of flash drives, you can try to recover data using a special program (read about this below).
How to completely delete a file or folder
I said a little higher that all files and folders that we delete from the computer are not erased forever, but end up in the Recycle Bin. If you are sure that they will no longer be needed, then you can remove them completely. To do this, in the “Trash,” right-click on the file or folder you want to erase and select “Delete” from the list.
The computer will ask if you are sure of your decision.
Click “Yes” and the computer will erase the file forever, but if you click “No” it will leave it untouched.
How to recover files deleted from the Recycle Bin
If you deleted a file from your computer and from the Recycle Bin or erased information from a flash drive (camera), then in order to restore it you will need to use special program. There are several such programs. I suggest using the free Recuva. You can download it from the link.
Open the downloaded file. A window will appear in which you need to click on “Run”.
