Do you think it's worth buying an iPhone? The iPhone already comes with everything you need out of the box.

I've spent a week with the iPhone X, and the day is approaching when I'll have to make a decision on whether to keep it or not. Is it worth buying an iPhone X instead of an iPhone 8/8 plus or is it better to continue using the iPhone 7 Plus for another year?

I spent a lot of time with my smartphone, playing with new features and testing them with my family and friends. I found both pros and cons of Apple's new flagship.

Let's start with what I didn't like about the iPhone X, and then we'll move on to what pleased me. The conclusion will be at the very end.

Cons and disappointments

Application updates

What I didn't like the most was that many applications still haven't been updated for the new amazing iPhone display X.

When the first plus-size models came out, some developers took years to release updates to their apps. I hoped that this time it would be different, and, fortunately, many managed to release updates in time for the release of the new smartphone.

However, some still have not done this. Even new games like South Park: Phone Destroyer are not adjusted to big screen. There are large black frames on the sides, and this ruins the fun of the game. Hope more developers release updates soon. When this happens, the results will be incredible, as Alto's Adventure proved.

Command centre

Reaching your finger to the top right corner to open Control Center is definitely not as easy as reaching down from the bottom. This will take some getting used to, but I would really like to see the gesture replaced with a more convenient one.

Gesture « Home»

The new Home gesture is better than the Home button, but not in some apps. Physical button did not change its location. Even when the content was displayed horizontally, you could exit the application by pressing a button.

Now, if you accidentally or intentionally open an application with horizontal content, you will not be able to use the usual Home gesture. Instead, you'll need to swipe from the side of the screen.

I've encountered this several times and find this nuance very inconvenient.

Other problems

Additionally, the iPhone X has a few issues that always arise with new devices.

It is already known that the screen temporarily stops working in cold weather, as well as strange green lines on the display.

Some functions are also not perfect. For example, portrait light mode and wireless charger. The mode is still in the testing stage, and charging is still very slow. In the future, Apple will improve both of these points, and with them others.

Everything I liked

OLED-display

As soon as I turned on the smartphone, I immediately thought that the display was the best thing about it. He looks amazing. Apple has always been known for great displays, but the bezel-less design combined with an OLED panel with a contrast ratio of 1,000,000 makes the smartphone truly special.

I took photos on iPhone X, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone 7 Plus. The photos for the last two look almost identical, but the iPhone X excels here too.

The black color blends perfectly with the small frames surrounding the screen. Other colors look more balanced and rich.

Watching movies and photos on the new smartphone is really great, and even the famous notch doesn’t get in the way. On the second day I got used to it and stopped noticing it.

Cameras

Cameras have gotten much better. I'm very happy with low light shooting. Portrait shots also look better thanks to noise reduction and the ƒ/2.4 aperture on the telephoto lens.

The front camera is not that important to me because I rarely take selfies. I like the mode portrait photography, so selfie lovers will find this feature on the front camera even more useful.

U front camera There are other purposes besides taking photographs. For example, Animoji. I really like this feature. As is my family. I think many people bought the iPhone X instead of the iPhone 8 because of this feature.

I admit, Animoji is a lot of fun. And for some reason, karaoke videos of them really amuse me.

The first couple of days Face ID didn't work very well, but then the feature got better.

I am often in the kitchen because I love to cook and especially bake. This made it quite difficult to unlock the phone.

Face ID allows you to activate the screen with one touch and unlock it with your gaze. It's much faster and easier than .

There were also cases when Face ID did not work. I have to make sure I'm bending over the phone on the table enough for him to have a full view of my face. Unlocking your phone in bed can also be difficult because the pillow may cover part of your face. But if you hold the phone a little further away, it’s easier for him to recognize my face.

I'm still getting used to new technology and I am sure that she will be much better than Touch ID.

Conclusion

After a week with the iPhone X, I'm ready to make my decision. For me it perfect phone. I love the features that the iPhone 8 has (wireless charging, cameras, speed), but I love Face ID and the new display even more.

Thanks to them, I feel like I'm using truly new technology for the first time in several years.

iPhone 8 – decent smartphone, but it’s not worth replacing the previous model with it. If I had a choice between keeping my iPhone 7 Plus and buying the 8 Plus, I'd stick with the 7. This might be the first year that I don't buy a new model.

Jony Ive (Apple designer) says that in the future the iPhone X will be able to do things it can't do now. Such statements make me very happy.

What prompted me to write this article in the first place was not single case when people have had enough of playing Chinese fake iPhone and realizing what kind of “guano” it is, they are trying to sell it without losing money, as well as many questions from friends and clients who are interested in original new iPhones but at a cheap price.

Why shouldn't you buy a fake/copy?

Let's imagine a manufacturer who operates a powerful telephone production plant (although this may also apply to the production of cars, clothing, food, and other goods). This plant has powerful machines, many people work, many good specialists. Introduced?

Now let’s imagine the owner of the plant, or a group of partners who spent a lot of money to launch this plant.

Do you think it is better to develop such a brainchild under your own brand, and work for the future and recognition of the brand and quality, or is it better to engage in pirated counterfeits at this plant, breaking the law and risking everything?

And so, we are now closer to one thought and understand that a conscientious manufacturer will not counterfeit someone’s product and take risks.

- Who is doing the counterfeiting then?
- Right! Not a bona fide underground manufacturer.

— Will an unscrupulous manufacturer make high-quality products and assemble these products conscientiously from good components?
- The correct answer is no!

“Then why bother producing low-quality products and risk breaking the law, you ask?”
- And here the answer is simple - to extract maximum profit from such a scam with the least responsibility!

I hope I have convinced at least half of the readers that counterfeit iPhones or any other products are not worth buying.

Now let's look at the original iPhones:

Why are some new iPhones sold much cheaper than from official sellers?

Cheap new iPhones can be divided into two types:

  • 100% new iPhones brought from America and various countries in Europe.
  • not new iPhones, disguised as new ones. The so-called refarbish.

You can buy 100% new ones, they are the same as “Rostest” (iPhones officially sold in Russia) and should serve as reliably as the official Rostest ones. But there is one nuance.

Firstly, this is a guarantee. They say that iPhones from Europe (not all countries, but most) are serviced in Russia under warranty without problems. This fact needs to be checked, it all depends on the iPhone model, and the European country from which the iPhone was brought. But iPhones imported from America, which are considered one of the cheapest, are not covered under a free warranty in Russia.

Secondly, these are different standards of sockets in different countries. And we know very well that the phone always comes with a charger in the box. Therefore, American ones will definitely not fit our sockets, and, in addition to the original charging unit, you will have to look for an adapter that meets our standards. The same is true for some European countries. But those offices that deal wholesale supply iPhones from Europe, they usually don’t take risks, and they bring iPhones from European countries where the correct chargers are in the box with the iPhone.

For those who want to give an iPhone as a gift, you should ask the seller about this nuance with the charging plug. So that there are no inconveniences when the gift is unsealed, and the new owner will be surprised by such a “unexpected” :)

As for refarbish (RFB).

These are iPhones that look new, but inside, repairs and parts have been replaced. It could be a used one, whose worn out case was replaced with a new one and display, or it could be a phone with a defect and complex breakdown, which was repaired and “changed” into a new “skin”.

If you buy Refarbish, then it comes with a guarantee of not two weeks or a month, but at least three to six to 12 months.
Let's conclude:

Copies of iPhones are not worth buying. It is not advisable to buy iPhones imported from America and other countries, which are not covered by warranty in Russia. But if you regularly fly to the USA or Europe, then you have nothing to fear. You can take proven European iPhones if you take the seller’s word for it, and the seller assures you that this European is serviced under warranty in Russia.

Refarbish (ref) is a pig in a poke, and here everything depends on how much warranty the seller gave, and the entire guarantee depends, by the way, only on the seller. And if the seller accidentally closes or moves, no one else will service your warranty except him or the workshop indicated by the seller, which supports the refarbish guarantee.

If you're thinking about buying a new iPhone X or iPhone 8 right now and wondering, “When will the iPhone X or iPhone 8 get cheaper?”, you have two options! The first one is to follow the trend and buy the most modern technologies from . The second thing is to postpone the purchase in order to save money. You can save big by delaying this purchase until next September, when Apple announces new iPhone models.

I don’t want to say obvious things, but any device becomes cheaper with its release next version. We will tell you when the iPhone X and iPhone 8 will become cheaper. Based on this, you will decide whether it is worth the wait.

When Apple Unveils new iPhone, previous versions usually drop in price by $100. Apple products have a tiered pricing system, so the most old smartphone which is still in use official support The software costs $649.

Model Pricing iPhone Plus works exactly the same, but price tags start at $749.

In this case, if you want to buy a new iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus, it will cost $100 less than the next generation iPhone.

Private sellers offer significant discounts

Private sellers sometimes offer “aggressive” discounts to try to attract customers, but iPhones generally hold their value intact. However, sometimes the discounts are quite large. So in the first 6 months after the release of new models, the discount does not exceed $10-20; However, there have been cases where the discount was $90 (16GB iPhone 6s) and $50 (64GB iPhone 7).

Widget from SocialMart

It was a similar story with the iPhone 6, which dropped $40 after seven months on sale, then dropped as much as $150 in September 2015. In February of this year - iPhone price 6 dropped to $380 at Boost Mobile, and by May of this year was $399 at Walmart.

Discounts for recycling old iPhone

If you are already iPhone owner, you'll get an attractive discount on a new iPhone, provided you're ready to say goodbye to your old device. I think everyone understands that we're talking about about selling your device. Yes, this does not sound attractive, because knowing the quality of Apple products, your old smartphone can be a great gift for a loved one. However, by bargaining and selling your iPhone, you will get a “discount” of several hundred dollars.

“But which iPhone should I buy?” – I think everyone asked themselves this question. Apple still sells older models of its iPhones at a lower price. Now, Apple has complicated the answer to this question by releasing three new phones at once: iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X.

We're now giving you a rundown of every smartphone available for purchase from Apple to help you decide which is best for you. We'll compare prices, specs, and features across all seven models to help you feel more confident when purchasing a new iPhone.

When will iPhone X become cheaper: Summary

In that year Apple offers big choice. If you don't want to overpay or are a fan of the classics, both older models are available to you, as well as time, due to which prices for Apple products will fall. However, if you already have one of the iPhones and don't have the slightest desire to wait and are planning to update your device, then now is the time to do it. If your iPhone already more than three years old, any of the iPhones in this trio would be a wonderful improvement.

Buy now with discount.

It's time to discuss reviews about. Official sales smartphones have already taken place, many users received the phone even earlier pre-order and already had some experience “communicating” with the new product. Is it worth buying the iPhone X or is it better to prefer the iPhone 8/iPhone 8 Plus. Or maybe even opt for alternative smartphones from other manufacturers? Let's find out what the real owners of the Apple flagship say, which everyone has been waiting for so long.

Unfortunately this is the first iPhone model for the last 10 years whose screen has been flickering. The iPhone X has an AMOLED matrix manufactured by Samsung. As iXBT testing has shown, when the brightness is below 50%, screen flickering appears (with 100% amplitude at a frequency of 60-200 hertz). For sensitive people like me, this causes visual fatigue and headaches. Also, the subpixels are made using a PenTile layout (not RGB), which reduces the actual clarity of the screen. In other words, the high resolution compensates for the disadvantage of PenTile, but there is a pointless waste of battery and CPU on calculations of more high resolution. These two disadvantages are inherent in all Samsung smartphones with AMOLED matrices. iPhone X is a very unusual innovative smartphone. But for me personally, the flickering of the screen makes it impossible to use this phone for a long time. The new control gestures take some getting used to. If you are used to Home button then at first it will be uncomfortable and unusual. But I think it will be possible to get used to it. Use for Apple shopping Pay also needs to be relearned. First, you need to turn on the smartphone (but not unlock it), look at the screen perpendicularly so that Face ID facial recognition works, then touch it to the payment terminal. Touch ID was a little more convenient. I decided to stay with the iPhone 7 and wait for future models after the iPhone X - perhaps they will add a Touch ID scanner and fix the flickering problems.

Advantages: Bright screen. Performance. Fits comfortably in the hand.

Disadvantages: Many games and applications are not optimized for this screen As always, the battery lasts no more than half a day of use No Touch ID Phace ID works noticeably slower than Touch ID Inadequate price No 125GB version 64 is not enough 256 is a lot 2017 there is no ability to insert 2 SIM cards not funny anymore The bangs on top don’t look very good Due to the fact that there is no button, it’s not very convenient to use the phone, but maybe I’m not used to it. Due to the fact that the camera on the back sticks out the phone when it is lying on the table knocks all the time back cover Which is really annoying.

Comment about the phone: I'm really crazy about it, I really like it very much.

Advantages: One way or another, iOS is the main advantage of iPhones. I have used both Android and iOS, but my heart still lies with the latter. Smoothness, ease, simplicity, new gestures without a button are very convenient, you get used to it instantly. Pairing with watches and headphones is fast, with cool animation, etc. The overall system is excellent as always. On this positive sides are ending.

Disadvantages: Design. Protruding camera, Apple, what are you doing!? Why was Samsung able to make it flush with the body, but you couldn’t? This is terrible! The frame around the camera with sharp edges, the microphone hole and the position of the flash are all ugly! Looks like a homemade, cheap Chinese product. There are no words!!! Framework. This is far from a frameless smartphone. It does not produce a WOW effect at first glance, like the same s8. The frames are large, they look larger than the side frames previous models. Plus the body is more rounded and this also adds “framework”. Surprisingly, the island did not immediately put me off and I even liked this idea and it looks ok in real life, but the frame is for the most expensive apple flagship very big. The camera is ok for 2k17, but this bokeh was still poor. Thanks to the neural network, portraits turn out more or less normally, but sometimes the hair and edges of the face are still blurred, or, on the contrary, the background next to the border with the face is not blurred. In short, system processing, what does the second camera have to do with it, I still don’t understand. In Photoshop, in 5 minutes you can create the same bokeh on any photo, only 2 times better. Apple relied on a second portrait camera in last year's model, but it failed with it and didn't fix anything. The battery lasts exactly the same as that of the seven NOT plus. Everyone has already discussed the lack of memory variations, the slowness of the face ID, the poor screen brightness, and the meager delivery package. And of course the price. This phone is not even worth $1000, let alone 80,000 rubles. Comment: I bought it in the USA at the request of a friend, I also wanted to buy it myself, but I changed my mind. I expected more. I used Samsung, but I never fell in love with Android. iOS is nicer, even when it starts to stutter on older models.

Not bad, beautiful smartphone. I've been using it for 3 days, unusual but very cool. The screen is bright and clear, moderately saturated. Face ID works great. Faster than in samsung smartphones. iOS 11 doesn't slow down.

Pros: Design.

Disadvantages: The display hurts my eyes. Glass. This cutout at the top is annoying. Lack of touch ID, it’s terribly inconvenient to constantly lift the phone to unlock it. There are slight friezes, perhaps they will fix it soon.

Comment: Not a bad smartphone with an excellent design, but everything is spoiled by the glass on the back panel. What upset me the most was the display using a new technology for Apple, OLED, it has PWM (flickering at low brightness), which makes your eyes very tired and your eyes begin to hurt, but not all people have such a reaction to these displays. Face ID is certainly not bad, but we are waiting for the fingerprint to be transferred to the display, and this is still an intermediate option. If you don't take into account the price, then good smartphone. Fans of the brand will be delighted, and reasonable people will most likely prefer a more serious model.

I have an iPhone X 256 GB " gray space", and I really like the phone, except...I live in Finland and it is cold here (-30-5°C) for about 6-7 months of the year.Yesterday I noticed that when I'm outside and the temperature reaches around -1°C, my iPhone X's display doesn't work properly. Some gestures are not recognized. The problem resolves on its own after about 3-5 minutes of use or when I return indoors.

We wrote more about the “iPhone X does not work in cold” problem.

Pros: Screen, battery life, eyebrow, Face ID, Camera.

Disadvantages: Face ID at night in bed, repairability. Change broken screen is very expensive. Replacing a broken rear window is even more expensive.

Comment: I bought it on the first day for 65K, I didn’t have to sell the kidney. The first thing I noticed after the 6s was the battery life. Now the phone does not run out of charge after 3-4 hours of use, but can easily last for a day, and not just sit in airplane mode, but work normally. (see photo). The glass looks quite fragile, the next day after purchasing the phone it was decided to buy the original one Leather Case, still looks cool. I was also pleased with the work of Face ID and notifications: the phone does not show the content of notifications until you look at the screen - that’s right ️. The eyebrow is cool, I got used to the new gestures on the first day, there was no irritation at all from the fact that they changed.

After walking around with the 10 for three days, I took my old 6 and realized that this is already history, and smartphones will now be like X. Whether you like it or not. There are no comments on the operation, the face always recognizes, you just need to look at the phone, the same in the dark. Pleasantly heavy, the battery lasts a long time (but this is in contrast to my 6th, which was killed at zero). The screen is cool, clear and large. At the same time, the phone fits freely in your hand and jeans pocket, and it is as easy to operate as the 6th (read 6,7,8). I forgot about the home button after 15 minutes, and why was it even invented?! Based on a combination of factors - quality, design, reliability - the absolute leader, without options.

Advantages: Finally, the phone was brought up to the level of the Chinese/Koreans - wireless charging, OLED screen, frameless design, face scanner.

Disadvantages: 1. No 2 SIM 2. Beard at the top of the screen 3. No 3.5 headphone jack 4. Weak battery 5. Price.

Comment: In my opinion, it is not profitable to buy a phone - some competitors charge 2 times cheaper for essentially the same functionality...

Protruding chamber. Constant fear of dropping. It blurts out a lot. I didn’t like Face ID because it takes a long time to unlock (about 2-3 seconds). very high price (bought for 130 thousand rubles). We've been using it for 4 days, everyone is watching. but you need to get used to using it without a button.

I listen to music quite often through iPhone speakers X and I immediately noticed a slight cracking sound.Since many of us have noticed this noise, my guess is that it is software, not hardware.

Latest iPhone 10 reviews from owners

A few more reviews about the iPhone 10 today from owners and users of the new product that may be useful to you when deciding whether to buy a new iPhone X or not?

I have been using the device for almost a month and a half, so I have some experience in using it. Before this, a year passed with the Galaxy S7 Edge, so I will compare some points. So. 1. Autonomy. What I like about iOS and iPhone “Plus” versions is their moderate appetite for everyday use. "X" turned out to be no exception. We can easily predict battery consumption and it is always clear by what time it will need to be charged. On the S7 Edge, it was hard to guess whether I would have enough until the evening or not. Samsung drained the battery even just lying on the table. It happened that an hour and a half of screen operation would drain, and at the same time the charge level was already around 50%. The iPhone runs out of charge the way you use it. In defense of the S7 Edge, I will only say that in gaming mode it holds better than “tens” thanks to a more capacious battery. 2) Face ID. After the presentation I was skeptical. In fact, it works very well, unlocking is fast, errors are rare (at the same level as touch ID). Now I don’t worry at all about wearing gloves or having wet fingers. + I really liked the implementation of notifications on the lock screen. The text of the notification is shown only to the owner of the smartphone, while others will only be able to see a shortcut with the name of the application. Friends and other curious individuals will not be able to read the correspondence. The only downside I would write down is the impossibility of recognition in horizontal mode. 3) I didn’t notice any lags or bugs. After the S7 Edge, it’s just some kind of holiday, everything works smoothly and quickly. Samsung liked to be blunt, and it bothered me. 4) Screen quality is good. White color my copy is better than the S7 Edge, but I use TrueTone, which makes the screen warm and easy on the eyes, because I often read books. But after Samsung, with a comparable diagonal, the screen here is narrow. It takes a habit. 5) Design and sizes. Appearance For my taste, the smartphone is simply excellent. With a comparable diagonal, the size is smaller than that of the Galaxy S8. It fits well in the hand. The presence of glass on the back is disappointing; I personally like metal better.

I thought for a very long time, read reviews and specifications before purchasing. Before that it was 6. I dug it because It's time to upgrade your phone. If I had 6s, 7,8 I probably wouldn’t change it. I considered 8, but this is nothing new, just improved characteristics. Face ID fire, I really like it, it’s definitely better than a fingerprint (a fingerprint on 6 worked 50/50)!!! I didn’t take it on credit or with the latest ones, it’s a bit expensive, of course, but the latest Samsung costs 55! SAMSUNG 55! I didn’t even consider Android!!! Therefore, 80 for an iPhone is normal (I calm myself down)! Conclusion: take it if you have an extra 80₽, don’t read negative reviews - everything works, I’m glad, everyone looks and is jealous. If you think that it is better to rent a car for this money, then you probably do not need such a phone).

A little big, a little heavy, but overall I'm happy with it. I was choosing between 8 and X. The issues of pros and cons of iPhone, Samsung, Huawei have already been discussed. You need to take what you like. I'm used to iOS. I wanted to take the 8, but I wasn’t impressed. A slight difference from 7 and 6. Taking X-ku in his hands, I realized that he was on me this moment suits everyone (especially big screen), except for the price. Of course the toad tormented me a little. Not an oligarch, but I decided that I could afford to have it. I took an officially imported device for work at the recommended price for Russia 2 weeks after the start of sales. I have never understood those who are willing to overpay to have it before others, unless it is a gift for a loved one. I didn’t find any glitches during operation. It works in the cold, the screen does not flicker, the sound is normal, applications fly. On branded service no one seemed to complain. If you don’t have the financial means, then you can choose something cheaper. Not everyone will be able to distinguish an iPhone 6 from an 8 in a case. But my son is a Huawei fan with a 20 MP camera and is completely satisfied with this phone for work. It’s definitely not worth selling a kidney for an iPhone. I think Samsung will release it in the spring cooler than iPhone. Everyone decides for themselves what to take. But today the X-ka is the most technically advanced device and, moreover, very convenient to work with.

The screen, elongated, can no longer be used with one hand (for example, if you want to adjust the brightness, the settings must be pulled out from the upper corner, where you can’t reach with one hand) Face ID - to unlock the phone you need to look at it directly. Or dial the PIN code. The screen, because of the protrusion at the top, some applications are not developed for the new design, and this protruding part closes the screen (in my case there were buttons there, which I could not press, I had to turn the phone over) Sometimes the screen with a message closes when you print and decided to add emoticons, after which you don’t see anything.

I hope some errors will be corrected in the future. Since it’s clear that they were in a hurry to release something new ( Steve Jobs would not approve of this approach to work, from mega convenient phone they made a device that is annoying) In general, the phone is fine, but there are some things that really infuriate like Face ID, when you want to open it but it’s not convenient to look at it (I’ve been using the phone for several days) I think it would be better if I took the iPhone 8. And after 1-2 years I got it would be a new one, where the errors will already be corrected.

If you don't want to overpay, you can look into Tmall. The prices there are much nicer.

Whether or not to buy a gadget from a particular company is everyone’s personal choice. However, for any of them there are reasons that can alienate some part of potential users.

So why shouldn’t we buy such a seemingly wonderful and popular iPhone? Possible Apple haters have several reasons for this.

iPhone is very expensive

TO the current moment In the world, thanks to the efforts of the Cupertino people, a stereotype of thinking has been formed: the iPhone is a phone for the elite, demonstrating high social status its owner.

So far it is quite stable, because few people bother to think: what kind of chosenness is this if tens, or even hundreds of millions of people, even first-graders, use the gadget?

The result is an inevitable deterioration in the price/quality ratio from generation to generation. Moreover, technological superiority over its closest competitors is melting away from year to year.

And, if we approach it impartially, are there many things that the iPhone can do that the flagship can’t do, or at least? Well, or at least capable, but much worse than an iPhone?

At the same time, the price difference even with the most expensive Android flagship is simply depressing: if Samsung Galaxy S8+ can be purchased from official distributors for 54,990 rubles, then the iPhone X in the minimum version with 64 GB of internal memory costs 75,990 rubles - almost 50% more expensive!

The Prison Called iTunes

If a person uses a smartphone only to make calls, send and receive SMS, well, maybe he can still use mobile internet, for him this issue is not so pressing.

To work with it, you need a PC - it doesn’t matter whether it’s a MacBook or a Windows system that is more familiar to most of us.

Some may justify such a dictatorship on security grounds, while others are downright infuriated by it. It’s not for nothing that jailbreak has so many fans, despite all its more than serious shortcomings.

Pay for any content

No, definitely free content in the AppStore too - but keyword here it’s “also”. While its share in is disproportionately higher.

Enough good reason, why it is worth refusing to buy an iPhone for those who are not used to paying for programs, music, films and books, preferring to get it from torrent trackers or warez.

However, in Lately The shareware model is being widely distributed and is very popular among Android application developers.

"Alternative" connectors

Apple has always been ardent supporter various kinds of proprietary solutions, both software and technical. Many perceive this as a personal insult and an attack on their own pocket.

After all, original accessories are very expensive, and the pirated alternative, to put it mildly, is not encouraging.

For example, when the whole world, in unison and with songs, moves to a new promising USB interface 3.1 with a connector, which in the future will open up the broadest horizons for smartphone users, for example, when watching videos high definition...What is Apple doing?

Creates an “original and unique” Lightning connector, forcing the owner to acquire a bunch of cables and chargers: at home, in the car, at work...

Card tricks

Everyone knows that there were no memory cards in the iPhone, no, and never will be. And whoever is against it is encroaching on the holy of holies: the income of the Apple corporation, and is subject to... Think for yourself.

Difference between 64 GB and 256 GB iPhone versions X is exactly 13 thousand rubles. While you can buy a 256 GB SD card for half the price.

However, over time this difference becomes smaller and smaller - Apple has already cannot behave in the market like a bull in a china shop. For comparison: a few years ago the difference between 16 GB and 64 GB models was about $200.

Finally

Of course, we have not covered here all the reasons that give reason to one way or another refuse to buy an iPhone.

Bureaucracy when activating a gadget (and the very fact of its necessity), the closed nature of iOS, the only slot for a SIM card, the lack of a 3.5 mm audio jack - Apple has long shown that it knows how to spit on any opinions that do not coincide with its own.

However, the throne under the corporation is gradually shaking, as evidenced, among other things, by the ugly scandal associated with the deliberate “slowdown” of processors of older models.

However, the stronghold of freedom-loving green droids, Samsung, is also suspected of a similar policy. Yes and explosive Galaxy Note 7 is still fresh in my memory.

Moreover, it is a fact highest quality Assembling Apple gadgets has not yet been canceled. As they say, everyone chooses for themselves...
