To solve this problem, you will need a Windows distribution kit - from it, start restoring/updating system files that are vital to the operating system.
• You chose the Chinese version of iTools - and mixed up the buttons on the screen, not knowing their location in the English version of the iTools installer, and pressed the wrong button in the right place. Do not use the Chinese version without knowing Chinese.

iTunes installation fails due to Windows Installer service failures

Among the sudden reasons for iTools failure during the installation stage may be the incorrect operation of the Windows Installer component. To try to figure it out, do the following.

1. Open the Windows Services application. To do this, give the command Start - Run, enter services.msc.
2. Launch the built-in Windows Services component.
3. Find out what other services the Windows Installer service depends on by opening its properties and checking its settings.

Trust not established

When connecting your iPhone/iPad to your computer for the first time, you need to establish trust - without it, neither iTunes nor iTools will see the device.

1. Connect your iPhone or iPad to your computer.
2. Unlock your mobile device.
3. In the “Trust this computer?” window. select the "Trust" option.

If you've selected "Trust" on your iPhone or iPad, but iTunes or iTools still doesn't see the device, follow these steps:
