Step 1. First you need to understand whether the problem is with your iPhone/iPad or not. Connect another device to Wi-Fi (your computer, a friend’s phone, your mother-in-law’s smartphone, etc.).

  • If there is no Internet there either, then the problem needs to be looked for in the router. Proceed to the second step.
  • If there is Internet on other devices, then proceed to step 3.

Step 3. If there is no Internet exclusively on the iPhone or iPad, but other devices work fine, then I recommend doing the following:

  • Check if you have Airplane mode turned off. ( Settings->Airplane Mode). It shouldn't be enabled.
  • Check if you are connected to a Wi-Fi network. ( Settings->Wi-Fi). If yes, then try resetting the network and connecting it again. Click on the “i” icon opposite the connection.
