Easypay login. EasyPay payment system: easy to pay

Hello, dear readers of the blog site. Today I want to continue the review, which are to one degree or another popular and used in RuNet. Previously, I focused mainly on Russia, because I myself am a citizen of this country, but the RuNet has a much larger geography, so today I want to spend a little time describing the possibilities Belarusian EasyPay .

In my opinion, Easypay is closest to and with the only difference being that they are focused on clients from different countries - Belarus and Russia, respectively. There are fewer negative reviews about working with than the Russian counterpart, but there are slightly less profitable commissions for transfers and withdrawals, however, depositing money (not in all cases) and paying for goods and services in Easy Pay (as well as in RBC Money) performed without commission.

EasyPay - why Belarusian money is better than others

In general, the Republic of Belarus turned out to be ignored by the international one, which did not include this country in any of its three lists (there is discrimination on territorial grounds in Paypal). Therefore, Belarusians did not have the opportunity to officially work with them, although it was possible to indicate that they were Russians.

Another thing is that there is an alternative international payment system that does not distinguish between citizens of different countries and allows you to make transfers around the world, pay for goods and withdraw money earned in other countries to plastic cards, including residents of Belarus. And there is also one that allows you to work with it completely anonymously and does not bother with the origin of the funds spent through it.

EasyPay electronic money is primarily aimed at Belarus, although non-residents of this country can register with it. The system was created to implement the simplest methods of paying for goods in online stores, utility payments, replenishing mobile phone accounts, etc. operations.

Under certain conditions, no commission will be charged for entering and paying for goods and services, but withdrawal of funds or transfer to another Easypay wallet is subject to a commission (1.5% and 2% percent, respectively). All calculations are performed in Belarusian rubles.

It is noteworthy that, unlike the international systems already mentioned just above, it allows you to officially exchange your electronic units for, etc.

In addition, Easypay, to increase the security of working with your electronic wallet, offers an unprecedented method of protection. In any case, I have never seen anything like this before.

  1. Firstly, the account can be managed either by logging into the EasyPay.by website (the work is carried out with SSL encryption enabled) by entering a login and password (after three incorrect entries, the account will be blocked for one hour), or you can manage it by sending an SMS (at the regular rate of your mobile operator).
  2. Secondly, each payment in Easy Pay can be confirmed either using the reusable control code (four digits) given to you upon registration, or using a card with list of one-time codes confirmation (purchased separately and costs 2100 Belarusian rubles for 30 one-time control codes).

    It is the second option that allows for the greatest degree of protection for transfers to EasyPay, since it will not be possible to recognize or calculate in any way the next one-time code written on your card. This method of protection is so reliable that it has been used for a very long time when encrypting messages of special national importance.

    The principle of operation is based on the fact that they sell you a card with 30 control codes, an exact copy of which is stored in the depths of the system. You use these codes sequentially to confirm your payments, and the last one is used to activate the next card.

EasyPay wallets have four degrees of gradation, which allows you to realize different possibilities and have different upper limits for operations:

  1. Simple - only allows you to pay for goods and services from this list, but to receive it you don’t even need to fill out fields with personal information.
  2. Simple+ - in addition to paying for goods and services, you will also be able to top up your EasyPay account from other electronic systems (with the exception of Yandex.Money), but for this you will have to fill in the fields with your personal data.
  3. Personal - will also allow you to withdraw funds to other payment systems, and transfer them to other wallets within the system (however, to receive this type of wallet you will have to indicate and confirm your cell phone number).
  4. Well, if you need to realize the maximum possibilities in EasyPay, then create a Certified Wallet, which significantly increases the limits of money turnover, but requires physical confirmation and signing of an agreement, which may seem inconvenient to many.

This payment system has existed for quite a long time (since 2004) and its owner (and creator) is the Belarusian bank Belgazprombank (hence the analogy with RBC Money). Therefore, all methods of replenishing an Easy Pay account through this bank (at its cash desks or from its plastic card) are not subject to commission. The same can be said about replenishment through post offices of Belarus (0% commission).

You can view all other methods of depositing money into your account and the commission charged for this on this page (including from your personal mobile phone account). You will be able to top up from other electronic payment systems (except for some reason Paypal and Yandex.Money) only starting with the Simple+ wallet.

Money from EasyPay.by will be possible withdraw (cash out) only in Belarusian rubles and only at the Belgazprombank bank (in cash or by credit card) and you will be charged a commission of 2%, or you can exchange this electronic money for WebMoney, Yandex.Money, RBK Money, MoneyMail, etc. True, conclusion and EasyPay exchange will be possible only for Personal and Certified wallets.

The exchange will be carried out through Roboxchange.com, which will inevitably entail additional costs. An EasyPay account can be linked to your WebMoney wallet and quickly and easily carry out exchange operations for WMR, WMZ and other title units.

Registration and creation of a wallet in EasyPay

So, to register with Easy Pay you will need to go through here. On the page that opens, you will need to select the country of which you are a citizen, as well as indicate your E-mail and complete the captcha:

Next, you agree to the terms and conditions and click on the “Submit Application” button. A letter will be sent to the specified E-mail, where you will need to click on the “Registration Confirmation” link, and on the page that opens, open the information about your Easy Pay password and reusable control code:

The data that opens will allow you get the following features:

  1. Login and password - log in to the system website and gain access to your wallet data
  2. Greeting - understand that you are on the official Easypay website, and not on a phishing site (a scam resource that exactly copies the appearance of the original one), where you, accordingly, will not see this greeting. A very interesting solution that can significantly increase the security of working with money by generating a unique phrase for each user.
  3. Reusable control code - with it you can confirm all your monetary transactions in the system. But to obtain an order of magnitude higher degree of security, it would be better not to regret a small amount of Belarusian rubles and buy a card with 30 one-time codes.

You will need to save this data in a safe place, preferably not on your computer. I did not cover up the passwords shown in the screenshot, because this is just my demo EasyPay account, on which money will never be placed.

To complete the registration process, click on the “Proceed to wallet activation” link below. Here you will be asked to enter your username and password for the first time.

It is noteworthy that to protect against keyloggers (special virus programs that allow you to record characters typed on the keyboard and extract passwords from them), you will have the opportunity to use virtual keyboard(in general, the problem is very relevant now):

Well, for the final activation of the electronic wallet, you will also need to enter the reusable control code you received earlier (four numbers):

You will be informed about the success of the activation operation and will be strongly recommended to fill out personal data in order to avoid losing access to your EasyPay account and the inability to restore this access (you will lose money, in other words, and will not be able to prove that it is really yours, which is a general trend in all payments):

In general, this payment system leaves you to decide for yourself the dilemma of what exactly is more important for you - anonymity or guaranteed access to their means in case of any force majeure. You will need to enter quite a lot of personal data and, naturally, they must correspond to reality, because when you restore access, you may be required, for example, to present a scan of your passport:

When logging into your account on the EasyPay website, pay attention to the greeting, which must be individual for each user:

All operations will be available to you on the “Wallet” tab and I think that it makes no sense to describe all this in detail:

The Easy Pay system made a purely positive impression on me - thoughtful security, a pleasant and not overloaded interface, good reviews about the work of the technical support service. If the commission on all transactions were 0% (as they have now done in RBC Money), then everything would be perfect.

Good luck to you! See you soon on the pages of the blog site

Easypay is the first electronic currency of the Republic of Belarus. This system has become a pioneer in the implementation of electronic transfers using the Internet and SMS. It was born in 2004 thanks to the open joint-stock company Belgazprombank and the limited liability company Open Contact. Attempts to create this payment system were made back in 2002 by the above-mentioned bank. To start the full operation of the service, not only a technical base was required, but also a legislative one, which was problematic in Belarus at that time.

The decision in favor of electronic money was made only in 2003. The system uses the Belarusian ruble per unit of payment. First of all, the Easypay system is most convenient for Belarusian citizens, but citizens of other countries can also get an Easypay wallet. Initially, Easypay was supposed to become an alternative to WebMoney, whose activities in Belarus at that time were not entirely legal. Today these are competing electronic money systems.

The Wikimoney website recommends taking the Lazy Investor Course, where you will learn how to get out of your financial ass and learn how to earn passive income. No enticements, only high-quality information from a practicing investor (from real estate to cryptocurrency).

Easypay e-wallet security

The security of the Easypay system has some very significant advantages over other systems. Moreover, the service has some unique ways to secure the cash flows of Easypay wallet holders. There are no analogues of such security measures in other electronic money systems. One method uses “one-time control codes.” Their role
comes down to an additional password for each operation. The purpose of these codes is to increase the level of security in financial transactions. Each time you use a password to log into the system or conduct a transaction, the system additionally asks you to enter one of these codes. This method really increases the level of account security. When registering, the system issues a reusable code use, a kind of PIN code. But if the user wants to use additional one-time codes, then for an additional fee he receives a card with such codes. Used code cannot be reused.

Pioneer in Belarus in making electronic payments using the Internet and short SMS messages. This system opened in November 2004 as a joint project of Belgazprombank OJSC and Open Contact LLC. The Belarusian ruble is used as the monetary unit in the system.

The EasyPay system has suspended the opening of new electronic wallets for individuals since May 2017. Since then, the system has been at the modernization stage. It is important for EasyPay wallet holders to know that by June 25, 2017, electronic money located in the electronic wallets of individuals must be withdrawn from the system by paying for services, or redeemed.
From July 4, 2017, owners of identified wallets can apply to Belgazprombank cash desks with an identification document to receive funds for redeemed electronic money. Commission: 3% (in accordance with the list of Bank remunerations). Unidentified users can also contact the Bank's cash desks with an identification document.

EasyPay is the official Belarusian electronic payment system designed for fast payments via the Internet. EasyPay is the brainchild of the provider Open Contact LLC and Belgazprombank OJSC, and the circulation of electronic money carried out using this system is regulated by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus. Since 2004, both citizens of Belarus and any other citizens can use EasyPay services: everyone can create a wallet in the system - there are no discriminatory restrictions on the rules for using its services. True, there are age restrictions for users under 18 years of age: they will not be able to operate electronic money without the participation of their legal representatives. EasyPay currency is full Belarusian ruble.

On the Internet, the system’s website is located at . The impressions from the site are the most positive: a lot of information, easy navigation, everything is “laid out on the shelves”, there is a very detailed . You can create your wallet in a couple of minutes, and you don’t even need to enter personal data. However, it is stipulated that if problems arise, it will be almost impossible to restore the wallet without certain information about its owner, and there are also some restrictions for anonymous users in terms of withdrawing cash and unlimited access to all capabilities of the system. It’s gratifying that you don’t need to install any additional, even small, programs on your computer: all operations are carried out either through the website or by sending SMS from a mobile phone. The system takes a serious approach to solving the security issues of its clients’ funds, and therefore inspires confidence. To be even more reliable, you can even use a special card, entering a new code each time you carry out an operation, but you will have to pay for it.

Money can be put into your wallet in different ways: using the cash desks of Belarusian banks, or the services of Belarusian post offices, as well as using Internet banking, a plastic card of Belgazprombank OJSC, via SMS, or transferred from other electronic payment systems. For some reason, the website indicates that the payment may take a significant amount of time - up to 1 banking day when topping up via mail, but in practice the money arrives quite quickly. You can withdraw funds only through any branch of Belgazprombank (you will have to pay a commission of two percent of the withdrawn amount) or to a plastic card. Users of the system can transfer money from wallet to wallet within the system both while on the website and using a special SMS service, but the latter option is available only to subscribers of Belarusian mobile operators. By the way, you can create an electronic wallet in EasyPay directly from your mobile phone! I’m also glad that with EasyPay you can buy other electronic currencies - MoneyMail, WebMoney, RBK Money, Yandex.Money, etc. If you wish, you can link your EasyPay wallet to your wallet in the WebMoney system: how to do this is described in detail and shown in pictures on the website systems.

Like any electronic payment system, EasyPay is very convenient for making payments on the Internet for goods purchased at auctions and in online stores in Belarus, for payment and services of mobile operators. With EasyPay you can buy computer games, tickets, domains, with their help you can repay loans and even pay for the same utilities in Russia, mobile communications, the Internet, and so on.

There are many connected to EasyPay, and this is really very convenient: store owners are guaranteed against the tricks of scammers with irrevocable payments, provided with technical support and consultations. At the same time, they will not be able to get confused when working with the system: the administrative interface, through which payments for goods are controlled, invoices are issued, payments are accepted, and messages are sent to customers at any time of the day, has been simplified as much as possible. In order to work with the system, you just need to conduct legal business activities, have a bank account and place your store website on one of the paid hosting services. Also, this electronic payment system is very picky about the information that the store provides about itself and its products. In particular, the following are mandatory:

  • placement of reference and contact information about the country, actual and legal address of the store, service region;
  • indication of telephone numbers for contacting the support service, e-mail for sending electronic messages;
  • it is possible to provide a complete description of the goods sold, their characteristics and consumer properties on the store’s website, so that incomplete information about the product does not serve as a reason for the return of the payment made;
  • clear and detailed instructions on how purchases are made in the store, how ordered goods can be paid for;
  • comprehensive information about the delivery of goods.

All this is necessary to reduce to zero possible claims for the return of payments already made.

The EasyPay system can interact with online stores via the SOAP protocol or through the light version, for the use of which the store only needs an electronic key issued by the system upon connection, and the presence of Perl or PHP on its hosting. A pleasant surprise is that connecting to the system is absolutely free.

As for the disadvantages of this fairly young electronic payment system, these include the limitation of the maximum amount of one transfer, a relatively large percentage for replenishing an account from a card or terminal, as well as for transferring money within the system. So while the system is in its infancy, it is still convenient to use it only for residents of Belarus.
