What I've done

After this, we need to multiply this video by the number of unique videos equal to the number of keys we have for this offer. But if it is so simple, why are there so few people in our country earning decent money in this niche? Let's figure out what the real difficulty is.

Yuri Dud

In order to receive tens of millions of views, gain a million subscribers, gain popularity, and start earning big money, it is important to choose wisely channel concept. A striking example here is Yuri Dud and his channel “vDud”. 19 videos and 1,199,201 subscribers! There are a huge number of channels on YouTube that have thousands of videos and don’t even have 100,000 subscribers.

Yuri became a millionaire blogger in less than six months. This is a young guy, an interviewer, who is great at revealing people as individuals. Previously, he worked for the Russian federal sports channel Match TV and interviewed many famous people. While working there, Yuri gained invaluable experience, learned to see the essence of a person and, accordingly, ask provocative questions to reveal the guest. Naturally, for this you need to have a certain journalistic talent.

After leaving Match TV, Dud created his own show on YouTube. At the same time, he invited just anyone to the first episode. The first guest was the extremely popular Russian rapper Basta. The second is L’One. That is, these are people whom millions know. Then there was Shnur, Sobolev, Dorn, Navalny, Noize MC, BadComedian, Tinkov, etc.

Yuri initially agreed with rap publics VKontakte, which has an audience of millions, to post his exclusive interview, where, among other things, there is information about Basta’s income. Many posted it happily and for free, not to mention advertising posts. The audience received high-quality sound, filming from three cameras, challenging questions, and revealing the idol in a new light. Heaps of reposts, likes, comments. Naturally, people started signing up.

How did he get people like that to come on his show? To do this, Yuri took advantage of his connections, which he acquired while working at Match TV. You don't need to be a Dude to successfully make money on YouTube, but you do need to understand the concept.

The right concept

  • Views, comments and shares on social networks go very quickly.
  • High audience loyalty. 95-99% of the audience likes and demands continuation.

Below are 4 examples of channels that were promoted with virtually no budget (a couple of hundred dollars). All of them are young, lively and relevant for the summer of 2017.

Emotional Italians

On this channel, Italians “study Russian culture.” Two Russian girls (Larissa and Daria) got a job in one of the offices in Milan and now periodically invite their Italian colleagues to try Russian cuisine, watch Russian video clips, swear in Russian and do other similar things, making a show out of it all on YouTube. The channel currently has 22 videos, 240,072 subscribers and 25,139,970 views.

People from Russia are always interested in seeing how foreigners react to our things: a Russian bathhouse, Russian dishes, etc. Each video has a theme around which the plot is built. We take several Italians of different genders, ages, and psychotypes and force them to eat Russian sushi and drink tea from a samovar. We receive unique, interesting content with high dynamics, which public pages dedicated to Italy happily take away.

The guy makes short music videos with viral melodies based on videos of popular personalities on YouTube. Like "Enjoykin". 35 videos, 1,256,719 subscribers and 110,247,236 views.

By adding the name of a popular personality to the title of each issue, the author gets into the “similar videos” of these personalities’ videos and lures their audience to himself. Plus, again, fan pages of each of the idols.

FIGHTTV –FIGHTNEWS

News channel about mixed martial arts (MMA, UFC, Bellator, ACB, M-1, FIGHT NIGHTS). 1,053 videos, 232,304 subscribers and 86,613,070 views. Short 3-5 minute videos consisting of a slide show and a voice-over from the author covering the latest news from the world of martial arts. People have long since become lazy; no one wants to look for websites, go to news sections, or read boring text. Everyone wants to subscribe to YouTube and just watch/listen while lying on the couch.

Here, too, traffic is attracted, thanks to the large fan base of fights without rules and individual famous fighters, whose names are indicated in the headlines.

Issues of nutrition, self-development, sports and the like. 41 videos, 131,429 subscribers and 5,308,199 views. A person interestingly tells something important to a wide audience in a short period of time. For example: how to sleep less and get enough sleep, or how to get rid of worries. All information is from the Internet.

The video is listed as “similar” on the channels of psychologists, trainers and other specialists who record long and detailed videos on similar topics.

General points

  • Short video duration (5-10 minutes).
  • A specific benefit for the viewer (benefit or emotion).
  • Quite a broad topic.

Strategy for explosive development of a YouTube channel

YouTube does not encourage too much activity (adding more than 10 videos per day) on . During the first month you should get as much as possible quality mentions of your channel on other specialized sites and collect at least 1,000 subscribers.

Good day everyone! Today I was thinking about what interesting things I could write about, I had a lot of thoughts on this matter, but I finally decided to write about YouTube doorways and about my interesting findings and experiments on them.

I won’t write what doorways are, even if you have no idea what they are, I can advise you to type in the phrase “doorway” and Wikipedia will give you the answer. I’ll tell you what YouTube doorways are, but I won’t reveal anything secret.

So, you have imagined a pseudo-site, i.e. doorways that catch traffic from and line the pockets of its creator. True, today they are no longer so widespread due to the fact that search engines are improving and creating doorways has become not as profitable as it was then, for example, 10 years ago.

I went a little off topic. YouTube doorway is the same doorway, only in the form of a channel.

A short guide to creating doorways on YouTube.

  1. We decide in the PP where we will send traffic
  2. Download the Video Spin Blaster program
  3. We buy SIM cards and make YouTube channels
  4. Download a thematic video (as an example: upload it to a game, download a couple of trailers with it and multiply it with this program).
  5. We prepare keys for our niche
  6. We are making a more or less normal header on the channel, you can download them and the “skeletons” of the headers on the Internet.
  7. Next, we upload all this stuff and wait for traffic, but do not overdo it with uploading videos to channels, it is recommended up to 50 videos at the beginning and then 10-20 per day, but not 300 each, as some “gurus” do and then their channel is banned a week later.
  8. All is ready!

I didn’t do it on YouTube myself, but I tried uploading several videos with keys and looked at the result. It was very interesting when... but what can I say, you can attach a screenshot to this miracle:

A total of 5 videos were posted, and one of them received more than 10.8k views, another 1300 views, and the rest from 55 to 200 views. I earned 300 rubles from this, but the videos and where the traffic was drained were not thematic.

The advantages of doorways on YouTube are that it is free, that is, we only pay for the purchase of SIM cards, and there is no need to pay for hosting. And the second advantage is its weight among search engines. We ourselves have noticed more than once that when you type in any request of any frequency, we immediately see a video from YouTube in the TOP. It’s quite easy to get into the TOP of search engines based on mid and low frequency queries. Plus, to all this, there is a search engine with an audience of approximately ~1 billion visitors! A good traffic bonus is guaranteed.

This is the result and this is from just one video! Now let’s imagine the scale (I like to calculate):

We buy about 50 SIM cards and create a channel for each (of course we change our IP, etc. to make it less painful).

We upload an average of 485 videos per month to each channel (calculated: 50 at a time and 15 per 29 days). Next, we multiply all this by our channels, we get 24,250 videos.

Let approximately 70% of all videos get 200 views on average. And the remaining 30% are 1000 on average. It turns out about 10-11 million views on all channels. With a CTR of 0.5% of doorways, we get 53,350 potential people who can give us money. A ratio of about 1:40 results in 1334 purchases.

For example, the reward for registering in a game costs 90 rubles, multiply these 90 by 1334 = 120,060 rubles profit.

This time I decided not to write “many letters”, but to present an analysis of the template’s operation in the form of simple videos. After all, the template is connected with the video service! =)

This template was written more than a year ago, for one user. With his permission and permission, I am posting it in the public domain - enjoy it for your health!

The essence of how this template works is that we use:
1. ZennoPoster program (with the help of which we automate this whole thing).
2. Web service Photodex.com (with its help we generate pseudo-unique videos for Youtube, such as a presentation from pictures with music - the free version is enough).
3. Using the Photodex.com service, we upload the created video to a fully verified Youtube account, with a website linked to the account (in our case, the website will simply be either a redirect to the offer or a redirect to TDS. The second option is better. Always work through TDS!)
4. We install an annotation and a hint on the video with a link to the site, and also replace the title and description of the video.
5. Like the video and comment on it.

Below I present to you a video in which the work of this template was recorded in the ZennoPoster program. It is not long, but quite visual.
